Marble Genius Marble Rails Extreme Set, 625 Piece Marble Run (55 Marbles, 80 Rail Pieces, 20 Base Pieces, and More), with Online App and Full-Color Instructions

I really like how entertaining this set is. Started off the bat with the larger design on page 40, after a few tweaks and changing out a few tubes that I had installed incorrectly (be mindful of the black rail tower pieces that can be pass through or ball return and that these are installed in the correct place). It worked great after straightening out a couple leaning towers. I think it's a fantastic STEM item for my 4 yo. He typically goes for remote control toys but I opted to give this a shot after watching some marble run Youtube videos. He plays with this quite a bit more and is more engaged. He loves placing multiple marbles into the track at once. This set from Marble Genius seems to be a quality set so far and I appreciate the thought that went into the designs as well as the large instruction manual. There is also an app you can download but I haven't ventured into it yet.I don't work for this company or receive anything to write this review. I just appreciate a solid, non-electric educational toy, it's a nice change of pace.

The clear pieces are a lot more fragile than the store bought set I got my son a couple years ago, however it I'd still worth evey penny. Just be sure when buying it that you are aware some younger kids will break this very easily. The green pieces crack and break very easily.

We have several sets but this one was a little disappointing. There were no instructions for putting together all the little pieces required to construct prior to even building. Unlike our other sets, this one didn’t have the piece names listed on the box. We have tons of little hooks leftover and no clue what they go to. I contacted the support email but just got a response to download the app, which we already have. None of the videos explained what all the accessories are for or how to put together.

I love this toy, we still enjoy it regardless of poor instruction. Once you get the idea on how to assemble it it’ll go by like a breeze but the instructions and app only came with pictures and when you're dealing with over 300 pieces that can be overwhelming. If the pieces were marked with a number or letter that would have made this toy perfect !

You will need to go to their website for directions which is a pain. Once you understand how the pieces work, it's not that difficult. My 10 Year old was able to build with it.
