This stuff is really good, and I've tried just about every pre-workout over the past 10 years. I have been really struggling to get myself motivated for training after working all day. I train at 8pm at night, so by that time I'm usually beat.When I would take my regular pre-workout I felt energized...but still didn't feel like training. When I take Convict I feel a sense of mental focus like I've never felt from a pre workout, and the energy in the gym was next level- my shirt was soaking wet. The best thing about this is that I felt no jitters, no crash, and left the gym mentally feeling great after a 75 minute shoulder and arm workout. Gave me the ability to get through an intense workout that I felt damn good about afterwards.I don't write many reviews on Amazon, but I wanted to spread the good word. I definitely recommend this product, give it a shot.

Amazon ask me if this product meet my expectations? DEFINITELY. Here's why:1.Product packaging resembles quality2.Contents was clumpless which is a plus+ some prew/o supplements clumped up really bad ruining the dosage per scoop and giving you a hard time finishing the product.3.Really amazing ingredients on the label but one thing is a label and another is real world results apart from the usual caffeine energy that most prew/o can provide I honestly like a lot the focus and concentration it gave me for hours even after 4 hour workshift and gym w/o.4. I really don't care for flavor but for those of you who do, for the time being I've only open my blueberry lemonade tub it taste really good and mixes completely and easy I like to prepare my serving with plenty water because of it sweet taste for those of you who like it sweet might enjoy with a few oz of water.5. Overall really good product no doubt.*i use the product between 4-5 servings per week.*

I been needing a prework like this one. I have wasted my money on tons of prework. This one has got me going off the walls but extremely focused. Last time I had this feeling it was from some banned fat burners.If you're new to preworkout this isn't something you should do a full scoop of. I normally don't feel much from pre but I'm debating going back to the gym because I feel like I have to with all this in my system.

Intense focus, Energy, and a great thermogenic. My workouts are not the same when I dont take it. I also like that they added 4g of citrulline to counter balance the stimulants to help with blood flow. Overall well balanced and quality pre workout.

that extra 20 minutes!! BY FAR the best and most intense pre workout Ive taken. Gives me that extra boost to complete my workout.

Let me preface this by saying I am usually a fan of high stim preworkout, including Mr. Hyde and Outlift, with 350mg of caffeine anhydrous (more than this).

Best preworkout on the market. Great focus and high energy without the jitters and crash. My go to especially on those heavy gym days.
