This long handled bath sponge seems adequately manufactured. Elastic bands that look like hair ties hold the sponge to the plastic handle. We shall see how long they last under the rigors of hard water and soap. The rigidity and length are just enough to soap up one's back and posterior shoulders. It is not good for scrubbing, but compared to the long handled brushes I've tried recently, at least it isn't scrubbing off my skin. I had gotten this long handled bath sponge after trying from Amazon, the Wooden Shower Body Brush with Boar Bristle. That one actually scraped off skin and left scratches. I had also tried a long handled wooden brush from Bed Bath and Beyond. That too was far too rough.I can live with being able to soap up my back and live with whatever exfoliation happens from gentle movement of the bath sponge.

I really love this loofah sponge. Well worth the price. I like that it is long and can reach down your back. I also like that the end of the sponge is kind of spread out and makes it better to reach further down your back and legs. My son original and got one and he is disabled and it really helps him to be able to take a very good shower he told me about it and I ordered one for myself.

I really looked forward to this. Sounds strange but aging leaves me less limber. Looks great but the back strap of the handle is rounded so every time you start to scrub it rolls in your hand so the louffa winds up away fron your skin. Handle should be flat. Guess an engineer in an office somewhere designed it because I can assure you, it was not designed by anyone who tried to shower with it! Sorry waste of good money.

I'm not sure why some people complained about this loofah only being on one side. You only need it on one side. This is basically a loofah tied to a curved plastic handle. I like that the handle is curved because it makes reaching your back more comfortable. The loofah is soft. It holds the body wash well and makes a lot of suds. The strings that hold it on are thin and don't look exceptionally secure, but so far they have held and not been an issue. The handle is very lightweight and not the best grip, but still good. Overall, it's a good product and just what I was looking for.

The way the handle is halfway hollowed out makes it too difficult to hold and control the direction and pressure of where you're scrubbing. That the scrubby is only one one side makes this lack of control and pressure doubly difficult.

This loofah brush is just what I needed to get to those hard to reach places - like my back and feet. It's light weight, durable, and easy to hold. Then I just hang it up and it's always clean and ready to go. Perfect!

It was difficult to hold this brush because the handle is not round. It is C-shaped, meaning, if you laid it on its back the handle is almost hollowed out. It is uncomfortable in the hand.

This net brush is perfect, easy to we, alittle liquid soap, and tons of suds, The curve in the handle makes it easy to wash back and legs, after hip surgery, Rinses easily and hangs easily. So Glad I got it.
