The last one we had of these broke because our kids attached hammocks and swings to this in our basement and swung on it until it was destroyed. We got another one because we like it, but gave 4 stars since our little kids were able to destroy the last one.

Works great for our sensory swing that our kids also use as an aerial acrobatic silk. They go high and do flips and all sorts of things and it’s solid.

Got this for TRX in drywall
Got this because I can use 4 anchors instead of 2. Used some heavy duty drywall anchors and it holds great. Distributes force well and doesn’t show any sign of pulling out after a couple weeks of use.
