The best smell ever

I thought that I was buying eau the pefume... it turned out to be eau de toilette... that's disappointing since it has a weak scent that doesn't last.. it is a shadow of the eau de Perfume.. don't waste your money.. get the eau de Perfume...

Fragrance ratings are a matter of personal choice, so this review will be pretty subjective. I'll try my best to describe the scent, because what doesn't work for me may work very well for someone else. (My preferences are for Oriental, spicy, woody fragrances. I am not a big fan of florals. But sometimes I am pleasantly surprised by florals, so I do try new ones from time to time.)This is definitely a floral fragrance. It is actually slightly more floral at the beginning; top notes are supposed to be magnolia and citrus (lemon and lime) but to be honest, I am not noticing the citrus at all. This may be because of my body chemistry (each fragrance will smell slightly different on different people). Or it may be because the citrus notes disappear in the overall blend, or else perhaps they are super short-lived (which top notes can definitely be).This has rose in it, but it is not an overwhelmingly rose fragrance. If you don't like straight-up rose, this may still work for you. Similarly, the gardenia blends well and isn't overwhelming. If anything, the cotton flower is the most prominent floral scent. It makes this a little unusual (not necessarily in a bad way). After wearing for a few hours, a slight tinge of muskiness shows up, and I really do like this better at that time. I wouldn't call this a "musky" fragrance, though, as the floral notes still predominate.This lasts an average amount of time (so, 4-5 hours) and then you may want to reapply it. Please note that designer fragrances are somewhat likely to be counterfeited so check out the seller before committing to a purchase. Also, this is flammable and has to travel via ground, so it will take a bit longer to arrive and not be returnable.In the end, although the blend is interesting and not like a lot of other florals I've experienced lately, it *is* still a floral fragrance and thus not really for me. But, if you are a fan of florals, your mileage may vary.
