Fitting Instructions: 1) Check that both the upper and lower leg straps are loosened and identify the finger tabs at top of the brace. Grip both sides of the finger tabs firmly and pull the brace up leg. 2) Pull the brace up until centered over your knee. Make sure the knee cap is in the front center for the correct brace height and alignment. It’s important to make sure the brace is not off-center to either side. 3) Set desired closure tension on the top strap and pull the strap across the front of the brace to secure the hook tab end. The strap should be snug without causing any discomfort (do not inhibit circulation). 4) Set desired closure tension on the bottom strap and pull the strap across the front of the brace to secure the hook tab end. The strap should be snug without causing any discomfort (do not inhibit circulation). 5) The correct positioning of the straps should form an “X” at the back of the leg, above and below the knee. The straps automatically adjust to the tapered contours of the leg while providing comfortable compression. 6) During extended use, recheck the correct position of the brace and strap tension. Maintaining proper alignment on the knee and stability with appropriate strap tension is important to the performance benefits of the brace. Weird design
I ordered a small, which seemed both too small and too big at the same time. I struggled to get my injured knee into it- it doesn’t open, it slides on like a tight sleeve. Finally got it on, and when I tightened the straps, it flared out at the top and bottom like it was too big. It’s a design problem, not a sizing problem. It’s a fine brace if you just have weak knees and need extra occasional support, but if you have an actual injury, like the meniscus tear I have, don’t get this brace. Rated Meh.

It lasted maybe 2 weeks, now falling apart
I love the fact it’s a sleeve..It is very comfortable but now it’s falling apart I had to use gorilla tape to tape it back together so now I don’t know if I can use anymore and it wasn’t cheap

Worked! After buying three others.
We tried three other braces and returned them. This one worked!

Size is not accurate
It is appeared to be a good product. But the brace size chart is inconsistent. It suggested measuring the knee circumference 5" below the knee cap and selecting the next size up. It was one size too large for me and Velcro did not stay. I would suggest ordering a few sizes to find the best fit for you.
