This product is a waste of time. I purchase it and it didn't do not a thing. I even lost more hair. I wish i can get a refund. I spent my money buying this product and it didn't work at all. I am so disappointed and i will not advise any one to purchase this product.

I am writing this based on my husband's experience. (I use the women's version of this product and think that it has strengthened my fingernails.) Although the product is not directly promoted for this, his biggest reported benefit is increased flow when urinating. He had been experiencing fairly low flow, typical for a man in his later fifties. He reports that this product has given him the flow of an eighteen year old. His nails are also much stronger than they were.

I have a little improvement after about 5 months. It does help, but don't expect to be bowled over. Keep in mind that it is a supplement meaning that it is to add to, or make up for a deficiency in a chemical is already in your body. With that being said, if you are not deficient in keratin then taking this will not help. In fact, doing so can cause a lot of the same reactions that some of the other reviewers were reporting. My suggestion is that if you take this and start to breakout, then you are most likely not deficient and your hair loss is from something else.

i purchased this because of the reviews and I was not dissapointed. My hair grows so fast and there are definitely less grays- my hair dresser cant believe how fast it grows! i also noticed that my nails grow stronger and faster when i take this as well. I was off it for a month and could tell the difference because my nails were splitting and cracked again.

excellent product. made my hair look healthier more vibrant. it did grow back some but I haven't finish the bottle yet. mostly my front hair line I see a difference. on a scale of one to ten as far as a noticeable difference so far I would give it a 7. but remember I haven't finish the bottle. I have about another week worth left.
