I don't always want to take my Hermès bag out and about, sometimes I need to be even more low-key. It fits great in my standard sized Henri Bendel Jetsetter Convertible tote as well!The material is thick and sturdy, and I love how it keeps nearly everything in its place! I only wish one of the smaller pockets had a zipper to keep things like chapstick and such in place as I sling my bag over and off my shoulders. They tend to slip out and I feel a touch slobish. That said, it's a HUGE improvement and I can easily sew a zipper on top a smaller pocket for my specific needs.Also, this fits in my herbag perfectly, I noted my otherain bag- obviously I I have a bag capacity preference. In the main pocket I can easily fit my compact digital camera, mini happy planner notebook(upright in a case) AND a mini bottle of hand sanitizer, all lined up and secured. It makes handling things a lot easier.

Quality is good. But the size is smaller for hermes 31.

This product is nicely made- heavy felt, well stitched, nice zippered pocket. BUT.. it comes folded flat, and when put inside the Kelly just folds up flat. Not only does it make it difficult to get into the organizer, but more importantly for me, it adds no structure to the bag. It needs that flat piece at the bottom like the grocery bags to give it shape. Anyway, too dark, too heavy, not functional enough for me.
