EuroSac Natural Cotton String Bag (3, Short Handle)

One of the Grocery store chains requires you to supply your own bags and bag your own groceries. When I first received this product I have to admit I thought they looked undersized, But when I went to the grocery store and saw that the bag held a large watermelon with room for a few smaller items and the others held what could normally be placed in 2 or more plastic bags I was a believer. I would love this product more is the handles straps were long enough to do as a n across the body bag, then for me these would be perfection.

These bags seemed small at first but once I put items in them, I found that they spread out a bit and I was pleasantly surprised at their actual capacity. I'm looking forward to using them this summer when I pickup my CSA share, as the produce is quite fresh and therefore still has dirt on it. This will allow for me to shake off the dirty and not get the insides of my normal grocery bags all dirty. They are nice and small so that I can easily always have one on hand too. I like that they are all natural cotton and free trade.

Holds a lot of groceries. In fact, enough to make it very heavy. Bread gets squished because there is no real "shape" to these like there is in what I used to use (the rectangular semi-stiff ones they sell at Publix. But overall I like them, and they're different enough that I feel special using them. At least my son won't steal them to use in transporting his PS4 stuff between my house and his moms', so at least I'll have something to carry my groceries in...

Anchorage Alaska's plastic bag ban just went into effect. I always thought that these string bags looked very cool. So, this was the perfect time to see for myself.Not only do they look good, they are really strong and they hold way more than you would expect.I highly recommend them.

down sized my home. needed storage for my pots and pans lids. they work perfectly. hung 2 on wall near stove. PERFECT!! and look nice

Love these bags, I’ve received several compliments on them and cashiers are always surprised by how much they stretch and hold so much. I’m not a fan of the shoulder long handle style so I was happy to get the short handles that are similar to the size of traditional plastic bags. I keep mine stored in the center console of my car and grab them as needed.

These are great little bags, especially for produce, so we no longer need plastic bags for fruits and veggies at our local store! Hooray for less plastic! Now, if we could only get suppliers to stop prepackaging so much in plastic, we’d actually make some significant headway!

I prefer these short handle bags. I have used string bags for decades! I’m thrilled they have finally caught on here in the US
