I ordered this to redo two large picture frames but the gold leaves were so light in weight that the slightest wind would blow them all over the place. The brilliance is very rich and the quantity for the cost is pretty hefty. There so much of it, I'll have enough to use to refinish items/projects.

These are great. They are not too “foily” looking, like other brands I have bought, and are very thin and delicate. Also, there the container is a decent size. Great deal!

I am redoing a piece of furniture and couldn't find "gold leaf flakes". I found this product and it is perfect for what I am doing. Some of the flake (very few) dont have the gold on the flake and I had to remove those flakes from the furniture. Other than that it arrived on time and very good.

I work with paintings everyday and when I have a painting that needs that extra glitz ... the leaves are perfect just for that! The size and color are true to what it shows... Im on my 2nd jar!

Its very, very huge. I legit didnt realize that it was gonna be this big. I got so excited when i saw. I will probably never run out of this stuff haha. Just make sure to buy the adhesive and you are set.

Shredded flaking applications are rather messy but a stiff stippling brush and a small flake tray underneath makes for speedy work. Here the deep copper flakes against navy blue chalk paint just pop. I used flake glue/ glitter glue that dries hard fast so quick application is a must. Brush off excess into the tray below and buff with a microfibre cloth and seal with poly to prevent tarnishing over time.

Looks good on my canvas art but so messy would not use again.
