Kernel Season's, Popcorn Seasoning Nacho Cheddar, 2.85 Oz

Why on earth does this have bad reviews it's SO tasty!!! It tastes exactly like I expected it to: cheesy, salty, and super savory. It's sort of like an extra-seasoned mac and cheese powder. It's best on popcorn but we even powdered some over some fresh homemade fries while they were hot for some extra flavor!

We love making microwave popcorn, but I noticed the popcorn tasted so much better, my son had added this to my popcorn one night, and now I have to add it all the time! It is hard to find in the stores sometimes, so I order it here in Amazon!

Ads a nice little flavor to your popcorn... NOTE if you add too much it'll be super salty instead of super cheezy... Learned that the hard way. side notes: 1. It clumps up and hardens on the container constantly and needs to be wacked on the table to break it back into a dust form. 2. There should be more in each container. The one I got was only filled up half way. So the container is already small PLUS its only half filled.

It makes popcorn taste like nacho-cheese. Tastes great and doesn't add calories. It's best added to the popcorn while still hot, so it sticks to the popcorn better.

This is my least favorite flavor of this seasoning so far. It doesn’t taste bad, but it doesn’t taste like any other nacho cheese flavor I’ve ever had. Despite being a bit of a foodie I have a long-standing (and somewhat disturbing) love of fake cheese. What can I say, sometimes it just hits the spot! Easy cheese, Kraft powder, the liquid ooze from a 7-Eleven machine...they scratch an itch that the most beautiful cave-aged cheddar could never. The prospect of replicating the flavor of gooey nacho cheese in powder form to grace my homemade popcorn was too attractive to pass up. One would think that nacho cheese would be one of the easier seasonings to nail, but alas...this one is mostly just salty. To me, nacho cheese is more buttery/fatty, cheesy, maybe a little hint of jalapeño flavor. I don’t hate this product, but to get enough cheese flavor out of it also makes whatever I am using it on too salty for my liking. The White Cheddar version of this seasoning is great! I’d recommend that one over the Nacho Cheese, 100%.

We love to add a little extra butter and mix this in the popcorn with it. Much cheaper than the grocery store and delicious

While this has a cheesy flavour, it also has an ingredient that is too powdery to be enjoyed on popcorn - I assume it's turmeric - it makes me cough when I have it although I am not alergic to turmeric. For the price, you get a 3/4 full container and the product is sadly not that great. However, if you are looking for flavouring that resembles nacho cheese, this is an okay option. I have to say that I used it with popcorn prepared with little to no oil, which of course may impact how well the powder sticks to the popcorn and how powdery it feels.
