When I ordered these, I ordered a large after reading of reviews that said order a size lower than your normal size for a better fit. I am 67 inches tall and weigh 170-175. Currently I have a more flabby body, which is why I wanted this type of underwear. When it came, I tried it on and loved it, but looking in the mirror, I could see my fat puffing out where it squeezes my thighs. It did the same on my torso. I thought about what I should do because it's not the seller's fault I ordered wrong. The same day I got the package I saw I had a message from the seller. The message asked me how was the quality and sizing. I responded saying I really like these, but I'm disappointed it fits tighter than I thought it would. It created a muffin appearance. The seller offered to send me me an x-large free of charge. They were more concerned with making sure the manufacturer had enough information to get the sizing worked out. All they wanted in return was my measurements and basically anything they could pass along to the manufacturer. I was more than happy to provide that information. The x-large arrived so fast. Only like a few days later. I tried those on and they worked out perfectly. I'm attaching photos of me wearing the size large and of me wearing the size x-large. I don't normally attach photos of me wearing stuff like that, but I wish I had something to go off of when ordering online. It's a trade off. If you want tight compression for your fat or rolls, then order either true to size or a size lower. Just be prepared for moderate to severe muffin top on the torso and thighs. The x-large is slightly looser on my belly, but not much looser. I still get compression enough to smooth out my rolls without creating another big one where the compression ends. If you are toned, and around my size, a large should look good on you. Some people are muscular and having puffy loose fat wouldn't be an issue. I give the highest praise to the seller though. They were about making me, the buyer, happy even if they lost money doing it. They did not ask me to review for a replacement. I mentioned the size was slightly tighter than I'd like, and I was considering returning it. But I wasn't sure because maybe I could live with it. They asked for my measurements and offered to send the x-large. I was so happy and told them so. I was never asked to review, but seriously this is the first time a seller has ever preemptively messaged me to make sure I was happy with the quality and size. I had to give that praise. I want to thanks the seller in case they read this. The quality is great, if anyone isn't happy, it would be because they ordered the wrong size. I tried my best to give advice on that front.

This high waisted, tummy control body shaper was nicely packaged and came with a storage bag. The material is light weight and can be worn under any type clothing/material (even swimsuits). I'm 5'7 and 185 lbs. I ordered size L. It fits comfortably and doesnt squeeze the life out of my stomach and thighs. It smoothies (flattens) out the stomach and hips (added curve) while giving you a nice curvy (shape) bottom. also makes my tummy look tight. It stays up on your hips/waist and doesn't roll down.It provides those problem areas with added control and doesn't leave painful marks on your body. I highly recommend this product.

I'll rate the product fairly generously because I can feel some compression in my waist area, the material is fairly nice, and the packaging is also pretty good. My primary problem is that there isn't much of a change for me. I Included before and after photos to showcase this and the two look identical (except for the product lines under my shirt that are visible). It may be because my weight class isn't the intended audience which I understand, but I'm 135 and 5'5" so I figured even a small would be sufficient enough to create a small difference. I feel if a XS was an option this would be great! Its still a very good product though!Edit:I wanted to add that the customer service reached out to me and was really helpful and totally an awesome company to by from!! They reached out and were really sweet.

It fit well, was comfortable and did what it was meant to do but if you're an active person you'll find the top rolls down a lot. I work in a lumber mill so there's lots of up and down and bending over. These rolled down a lot so my hunt continues. I did order one size smaller than it suggested and I'm glad I did. If I'd ordered them in the recommendations they wouldn't have worked near as well.

I am a size 24 and bought the 3x size to help smooth out my silhouette. I was able to get them on with very little effort - less effort than Spanx and other shapewear - so I know I got the most appropriate size; but, unlike the photo, these didn't even come up to my belly-button, much less cover my waist. I wore them to a 40 minute meeting, and by the end of the meeting they had, very embarrassingly, rolled down under my stomach. Because of the boning at the top, it isn't easy to discretely pull them back up. I deeply wish that people selling plus sized undergarments would study the plus sized body rather than just making bigger sizes of normal sized clothing. So disappointed!

Oh, where've you been all my life?!? I've been looking for panties like this forever! My main concern usually is that they are too tight around the waist and they don't cover my derriere completely. These shapewear panties solve both of those problems. I usually get medium size in panties (Jockey, Hanes, etc), which is surprising because I've got quite a tushy, lol! I took a gamble and went for a large in these and I am not disappointed. I was worried the mediums might be a little uncomfortable but the large size works! It cinches in my waist and gets rid of that muffin top you get when you wear low-riding jeans sometimes and the sheerness in the back is sexy!! You normally don't think of high-waist panties as sexy but these are really nice! And for what you're paying for two pair, you can't beat that - I've seen shapewear panties that cost way more and not fit near as well! I get full coverage and my bum looks really nice!! I can't wait until it gets warm and I can start wearing dresses. I won't even need to wear a shapewear slip!! All in all, I'm really happy with this purchase and just added another set to my cart!!
