Having had recent cataract surgery on both eyes, I have to wait 6 weeks to have my eyes tested and buy prescription glasses.I bought these as a stop-gap and I must admit they are really good.Very light but seem well made, no noticeable distortion in the lenses.Had to guess the strength, turns out I got lucky (-2.0 x).One star off because the strength sticker was on the lens and when removed left a sticky residue which was a pain to clean off, otherwise very happy.Edit...I've just ordered another pair, nothing wrong with the ones I have, just nice to have a spare available.

Purchased for time waiting for optician. Sevred the purpose far better than expected. Cannot compliment them enough.

It was nicely designed and fits me nicely.I will buy it again if this one becomes old.For that price it is a great deal.

I was so nervous about getting these glasses because I was afraid they wouldn't work. I went to the eye doctor for distant glasses because I can't see far away. Well, my prescription was -3.25. However, I read on someone else review that you should go down a level.....so I ordered -2.75 and they are nearly perfect. I am completely satisfied. I was able to get these glasses the next day while I'm still waiting on the glasses that I ordered from the doctors office. So, I highly recommend in getting them, however consider going down a level.

I broke my glasses and needed something quick. I had my prescription and ordered these with just one number from the prescription. They came quickly and worked well. They are not flattering on me but I could see that drive, etc. I wore them the 2 weeks I had to wait for the ones from the eyeglass store. I actually like them better and the reduced the glare more than the expensive ones I had to wait for. So, I keep them in my car to use when I drive.
