I try all kinds of cocoa, and this one is REALLY WONDERFUL!!!My only suggestion (small one) is that they, pretty please, make the type face on the container bigger? It's like ant print. But fortunately, I do own several magnifying glasses! So I read that one is to mix this cocoa with warm, NOT BOILING water, because it's of such high quality. Ok then! I believe it. It's really excellent.

So I am not a huge baker and I tend to not do a great job. However this cocoa was able to make my feeble attempt at baking into a mastery of delicious desserts. Here is the best thing about this product, the powder that I had left over after baking I turned into some of the best hot chocolate my and partner have ever had. The cherry on top was that its Keto friendly. My partner is Keto so finding something that we con both enjoy together is really hard because I pretty much just like sugar. This was the first time in forever that we were able to sit back together and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate together. One could even say this cocoa brings couples together. Just kidding............but seriously if you are even thinking about buying it just do it. You wont be disappointed. I appreciate that I am supporting small business who also support local farmers. It makes the whole loop of purchase feel like I am not throwing away money to a giant chocolate corporation that does evil things. Instead I am supporting a business that makes excellent product and supports the places where the product is made.

Update (1/17/24): I’ve purchased this chocolate powder at least 5x now. The quality is SUPERB! The person who gave a 1-star review must be a competitor or a contrarian LOL - - I’m not going to attempt to recall all of the chocolate powders I’ve tried over the years.. but this one!? The more you add, the richer the dish becomes. It’s not chalky, no strange aftertaste, and it blends well. I will likely never look for another chocolate powder again!

There was too much left in the bottom of the cup

This pure chocolate powder adds extraordinarily deep and rich chocolate flavor for both hot and cold dishes as well as deserts. Because of the rich density of this powder, I find it most efficient to use a blender, whisk or wand for mixing it into liquid or batter. For subtle flavor enhancement, it can be sprinkled on. I especially like it with hot or cold milk, some times adding a dash of cinnamon but its also great with other beverages, batters, baked dishes . . .

This cocoa is very tasty and delicious. I add a tablespoon to my coffee every day and it melts quickly without leaving a grainy taste. Highly recommended.

Gave it a try. Won’t buy again. Too expensive for the volume.

I have tried a lot of Cacao powders and this one is by the far the best tasting to me.
