Bag it as soon as you get it.
THIS STUFF IS AWESOME it's a bit grainy but I like it just fine, making breds pound cakes all kinds of recipes wirh it. Bag as soon as you get it and pop it in the freezer and it will out last your next order. I ordered some mylar zip lock bags from Amazon and just open them when needed and scoop out what I need, great product for someone watching their carb count, and it tastes as good if not better than any flour I have used. I will continue to purchase this. Comes in a thin plastic bags that isn't sealed but I have had no issues with spoiling.

Nasty Rotten Smelly Chunks
Low quality, bad taste, smelled rotten, and many many chunks that looked like this. I don't recommend. It did not arrived sealed in any way. Just tied like a trash bag, except it had many holes throughout the outside. Not fresh and smelled like rotting feet. I do not recommend. Baked goods with it made us sick

The almond flour was suppose to come in a box,not a blue plastic bag
I use almond flour to cook with. Not very sanitary in a bag!

Probably not 25 lbs
I have empty glass containers that I use to store the flour. With this shipment I ended up with 2 empty containers where before I usually needed every one to store the 25 lbs of flour. Also the flour usually barely fits in the box & this time was loose. probably will order from Honeyville from now on.
