Q: The blue is light or royal blue?

I did not purchase either of those colors. I went for the white and yellow. What I can write is the colors are true to form. So what you see is what you will get. But also they run a little small. So to be comfortable go a size up and if it turns out to be too big at least you are able to put a sock in them.

Q: How do i return it because the color is not what the pict show?

The return policy is simple, just log onto Amazon - go to your orders - select the item you ordered - select return and an return label will available for you to print out. You will also have the option to select for USPS to pick the item up at your home or drop off your item.

Q: Are the blue boots as pastel as shown? In some reviews they appear much darker

I have ordered a red and green pair. They seem to be true to the color shown. Hope this helps.
