Does not keep heat, poor quality
It came in a half opened bag, cellar taped over tears etc. It's very cheap, not a quality designnand it doesn't hold heat.

Doesn't keep food warm at all. Handles falling off. Very cheap material. Don't waste your money

Does not keep soup hot
Put hot soup in it at 8.30am, checked it at 10am and it was Luke warn. Waste of money

No insulation
The size of the pot is great - but it is not insulated at all. Really disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. The stainless steel around the edge was tarnished, it looked like this was a used product out of someone’s kitchen cupboard. The box was really tatty as well and dirty.Unfortunately had to return the item and buy elsewhere.

It is not really great to keep food warm
In fairness, the lid works well, but the container is just very basic and cheap. Won't hold any heat in it or anything. Not worth it.
