This product works great!! The remote comes with a battery that is easy to install. I tried 2 others on Amazon and returned both. This one is clearly the winner!

I use this remote to turn on and off my fan in my living room and bedroom and my living room lamp.I was worried that plug would not be in the range of the signal because the plug in the bedroom is behind my cedar chest and the lamp is plugged into an outlet which is hidden into a plastic box for aesthetics. The other fan plug is fairly visible but still a bit of a distance from my futon where I sit and watch TV. I'm happy to say that I can turn on the one fan in the living room easily while seated several feet away. The one in the bedroom I can stand in the hall which is a decent distance away, point the remote control to the fan and it turns it on and off quickly and easily! The lamp in my L/R is fairly close to where I sit but the plug is hidden inside this plastic box. Works like a charm! This is great to use for electronics that do not have their own remote and also makes it easy to not have to get up and down or make maneuvers to turn the fans on and off. Highly recommend this product! I get nothing for saying this trust me. I just like to share what I know is true to help others. I only wish it came with another remote control so I don't have to bring the remote control switch from the living room to the bedroom when I go to sleep. Not a bad inconvenience. I still would buy this again if I needed more remote devices for my home appliances. One other thing is I would not use this for heavy duty items like a air conditioner. I don't think it is designed for the power of an AC or other heavy duty electric appliance like a toaster oven. You can always check with the manufacturer to see if that is possible but from my knowledge of electronic devices it does not seem to be capable of controlling heavy voltage appliances. Please check with manufacturer before purchasing if that is what you need. I give this item an A rating for the uses I have described!

I'm just tickled with these! It's amazing that such a small thing as not having to walk across the room to turn the lamps on or off could be so delightful. Just a little kindness to gift to myself to make my daily life a bit easier. I'm so pleased!! The way our living room is set up is a bit silly, the switches are at the doorway so on the one hand you want the lamp on to not trip over things en route to sit down for a movie, but on the other hand you want the lamps off for the movie. We'd been using the light of a phone to safely walk to our seats with the lamps off. Often we'd be all comfy under blankets and realise the lights were on and someone would have to get up... Now we have the power to control the lamps from our seats! It's such a treat! They work great so far. I was worried they're too cheap to be decent quality but not so! They don't get hot or anything worrisome. No nasty stink like cheap plastic often has (though there was that gross febreze type stink amazon products tend to have, but a week on the porch aired that out). Definitely would buy again or recommend to a friend!

These work great they're easy to set up and I wanted them to use in the winter time for lights in dark corners to help light the room up. I was using little double a battery rope lights that had to have batteries all the time. This way I can use low 40 Watt lights in a corner. I plug this in and I just hit the little remote button to turn them on and turn them off when I go to bed. I didn't realize how good it was and I put a colored light behind the TV in it's cubbyhole and I just use this to turn the light on and light off and it lights up the back of the TV at night for ambience. Handy little device.

Simplifies plugging and unplugging holiday lights! I have lights on my mantel and other various displays in my house and one simple device turns them on and off, love it!

I didn't want another app on my phone nor yet another company tracking my personal/phone data so I was looking for a plug with a remote that would let me turn a bedroom floor lamp on/off without having to get up etc. that Did Not require using an app. This set of 3 plugs with remote included does the trick. I've only needed & used 1 plug so far but yes, it works great. You just plug one in to any outlet. Then follow the easy instructions using the simple remote to get the remote to "memorize" the outlet and the button on remote you'd like to coordinate to that specific plug, and it's ready to use. Took less than 1 minute to set up/configure. The loss of 1 star was because each plug rattles, which can'be great for any electrical device, and although these won't break the bank, at their price I'd hoped for a more solid construction. The remote is nice, not too tiny but not big. It's about the size of a typical ceiling fan remote. 1.5 inches by 3 inches approx. Overall I'm pleased with my choice of this product. Now the only real downside is "user error" for all the times I lose the remote 😂. I actually may wind up sending more information overseas after all & give up & get one with an app because my phone (knock on wood) is harder to misplace.

I love these!! It is so nice to not have to get up to turn all my lamps on and off. I can use this all the way from across my classroom and one of them is even behind a shelf of books and the remote still works. I also like how it is just one remote for three different plugs.

Great product. Lets you control several lights with one small unit. Comes with clear instructions. Good value too. I can sit on my couch and can turn 3 table or floor lamps on and off as needed. It is good for the extra tall floor lamp. Its tall, I'm short. I highly recomend this.

Funcionan como se espera - sin problemas. Me gustaria que el control remoto tuviese cadena tipo llavero, pero bueno, se le puede adaptar. Recomendados.
