The package came quickly and they were neatly packed in individual small packets no bad smell or itchy feeling very soft. This hair is a perfect combination of soft curls and braids. I have had them installed for about a week now and here is the problem. This hair tangles like crazy! I wear a large silk bonnet to bed to ensure that the hair is well taken care of while I sleep. The visible part of the hair look great but underneath where the hair touches your clothing and back gets crazy tangled where I have had to take scissors or my hands to rip or cut the tangles apart. I am very frustrated with this part because though this is synthetic hair this shouldnt be happening. Everything was perfect about the hair until I ran into this problem. I am so annoyed because after one week I am facing having do make a decision of removing an install that costs quite a bit of money because the hair quality equates to cheap hair. It looks like they made this hair out of spun cotton or some type of material. Its sad that this is very beautiful hair but it has a huge flaw. The fullness was perfect and the length and color were fabulous. I am disappointed that this hair will probably not last for the entire month that I was hoping for without having to constantly detangle hair that should never tangle. I say buy and your own risk and im not saying dont buy but I am saying buy if you dont mind daily dealing with cutting out tangles in a hairstyle thats supposed to eliminate hairstyling time.

This hair color matches my natural color and the highlights on the ends are a beautiful shade and just compliments my skin tone. The hair is soft and light weight. I thought it would be bulky, but just the opposite. It layers like the loose hair I've used in past.

It's soft and nice. I like it, it's also easy to put on. My one concern was it gets tangled so much in the morning I have to take time and detangle it.

The hair itself was nice however I ordered 24 inches never been a fan of long hair but I will order again just a shorter length

I like them at first, very pretty, but they don't hold up well! Frizz and tangles very quickly.

I love these!! They look super cute! I actually showers with them and nothing happened to them. I still have them and will be using them for a second time. They do tangle up a little bit at the bottom but I sleep crazy so that was a given. I used mousse on them to “brush” Them out in the morning (run my fingers through them). There are 8 packets and so I ordered 2 and used 12 packets.

I am loyal to crochets! When I say this I mean my hair is in crochets every month. This hair is by far the worst hair I’ve ever use on my head. The loops are not the greatest for it to be crochet hair is my first complaint. It’s a little rough getting these crocheted in. The hair is soft and lightweight but the quality is terrible. I did my entire head and put my hair in a ponytail for bed with a bonnet on that’s good for long locs to ensure I have the space. When I woke up my hair was already tangled in a few spaces after only a few hours. So that I could wear it down I began snipping the loose pieces of hair so that it wouldn’t look so bad but then I realized that the hair is just bad all together. I honestly am 2 weeks in and my hair is completely matted together so it’s just in a ponytail and has been since day 3. This hair was definitely cheaper than what I usually pay so I’ll definitely say I got what I paid for but I won’t be supporting this hair ever again

Here is the GOOD 1) Loved the color and concept BUT here is the BAD 1) the hair was super dry and itchy; 2) it tangled and matted very easily--had to cut it to detangle and it still matted--be sure to wear a silk bonnet; 3) if your head is average size or bigger, be sure to order more than 8 bags if you want to cover your entire head-only 8-10 braid per bag; 4) the knot does not stay tightly after install-must double knot to stay secure and then you can see them more.I would not purchase this brand.
