Nordic Supplements Magnesium Citrate 400mg 120 Tablets

I have to snap them in half as I can’t swallow them whole because of their size and lack of coating. It’s not the end of the world though as they snap easily and it beats having added ingredients. Good quality supplement, decided to go with this brand after a good experience with their fish oil.

I notice when I don't take these, and these really seem to do the job for me. Make me feel more energetic and generally less achy and stiff. I love the fact that they work.The only thing that I don't like is the size of them. I'm also taking vitamin D alongside (but started these way after the magnesium eg. about a year), and those tablets are tiny and gel-like which are easy to swallow, unlike the magnesium which I have to psych myself up for.I only take 1 of these tablets rather than the 2 recommended on the tub, as I do not need more than 1. I would recommend finding out from someone in the know about what your recommended intake should be as there's absolutely no need to take more than necessary as that would be a waste.

I have suffered with restless legs since I was a child ( soon to be 80) as have most of my family including 2 sons and just recently have had leg cramps also. I was prescribed Pregabalin and now have now been diagnosed with scoliosis for which I am prescribed Pregabalin and Ropinerole . I find the size too difficult to swallow almost choke have to snap in half I think they are helping but would not purchase again because of size

My cardiologist suggested as part of my medical treatment, I should take magnesium supplements for increased heart health. I read in a magazine that Magnesium Citrate helps stop restless legs, which I have suffered with for a couple of years, so I decided it was worth trying. I couldn't wait to find out if it was true so I ordered these tablets from Nordic Oil and they arrived much earlier then expected. I started taking them immediately. Although the tablets are rather large and I have to cut them in half, I have been taking them for over 2 weeks now and I am pleased to say I haven't had any more trouble.
