Great workouts
I got this dvd because I often I work out at home and sometimes want to extend my workout but not by 45 min or an hour, just 20 or 30 min tops. These are perfect for that. Love both workouts. The high impact is very difficult. The low impact is also challenging, not quite as much. I’m nursing a shoulder injury so have to modify a ton. The high impact is actually better for that since I can do jumping jacks or standing burpees instead of the insanity they go with. The lower is harder to modify as they use a lot of big arm moves to up the heart rate. Still doable for me; I just add impact and take out the arms.For reference I would say I’m intermediate level athletically and I’ve been working out regularly at least 20 years so modifying is no trouble for me. I’m 48.It was definitely worth the money for me and I’m not yet sick of the workouts so I’d definitely recommend purchasing it.

Great workout
I’ve done both workouts. Low impact is just as challenging as the high impact. Great for legs and cardio.

Excellent workout
I have a lot of Cathe’s videos. This one is da bomb! It’s fast paced and has very little down time. Heart rate soars and stays high through the workout. I’m very uncoordinated and anything with a lot of choreography really messes me up! These workouts have simple and easy to follow routines. Both the low impact and high impact are cardio intense. I like that there are many new variations of moves so it’s fresh and fun to do! I also loved the pyramid bonus section. These workouts will make you sweat!!!

Not for beginners
This series was a frustrating one and had to buy a diff one. The workouts were thorough and will get you going. But the woman moves way too fast and doesn't tell the next step until she's already doing it. So you have to watch the video 8 or 9 times and memorize the moves before you can become productive with it. I also really wouldn't agree it's for "beginners".Third, she moves so wide you have to be playing the is a gym.nibhave a large living room and was still bumping into things and not able to match the video as far as space.
