I honestly never leave reviews but this product is amazing.I was skeptical at first when I put the pads on, I was almost certain that it wouldn’t work but I was wrong. After waking up to get ready for my work day, I took my socks off and thn the pads and seen that they are all black. Usually my left ankle/foot are super tender and unable to put pressure on it the next day after standing/walking for too long but not this time. My foot feels almost painless.This product took me by surprise.I’ll continue to use it for the next few days to see the progress of the detox.Totally recommend giving it a try.Make sure to clean your feet before putting them on and thn dry them.I put a sock over my feet to sleep to secure them staying on.

These are wonderful. They really do work. I slept AMAZING the first night I used them and noticed in the morning my ankles were smaller than normal. I didn't even realize they were so swollen til then. Also, I've been suffering from horrible plantar fasciitis/achilles tendonitis for almost 2 years. After the 3rd use of these detox pads, I could walk pain free in the morning and all day long. I work in the medical field and am on my feel all day so this is HUGE for my feet to be pain free. I will be a lifelong customer now.

Ordered 20pcs but only received 10pcs. Send feedback to seller. So far no response. Used some. Seems fine, but not sure it turning black is a sign that it’s removing toxins from the body. I mean it’s black to begin with and sticking it on the soles of your feet traps your sweat.Update:Took some time, but the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. Good of them to do so.

I really enjoy using this path, regardless if they do as they promise to do. I believe it to be healthy and that’s what matters to me. The night I used them it felt nice and warm on my feet.My feet did use to be itchy and it went away with the pads. I would like to try them more often to see if there are more significant changes.

Product did not adhere to bottom of my foot kept coming off.poor quality of adhesion but for the price what do u expect won't buy again

Was excited about trying this product, however, the first morning there was NO change to the pad. After examining it, there are two sides to the pad which was not pointed out in the instructions. One side is sealed the other is permeable. I waisted two sets to figure out the situation. Should have been explained!

They are the perfect size. I believe they work when I put them on they are white, I leave on overnight and the next morning black. I believe that you get the most from them if you used once a week.

I have been using this product for 9 nights now and I definitely have better quality sleep! I’m less tired during the day as well. I was hoping it would help with my neck and back pain but I haven’t noticed a difference yet. It does leave a little bit of adhesive residue on your feet upon removal but it is easy to get off.
