These are great for postpartum After giving birth I was feeling really rough as you do ! I felt very flat and like I was missing nutrients due to obviously going through what a woman goes through during pregnancy and after birth plus breastfeeding. I've been taking these for 2 months now and I can report I feel better, I've got a bit more energy, my head is more clearer and I don't feel so weak anymore. Tablets are a bit big and have a taste for those who don't like big tablets. I would recommend these as a must to mothers to keep themselves fueled on nutrients that get sucked out of them🤣

I think these have helped for the last few months post partum, but it is hard to tell how much they have helped. So far no hair loss at 4 months postpartum so I will see that as a firm positive towards these vitimans.

And now with my first pregnancy I use it too! And it helped me to had the vitamins I needed and this brand doesnt contains much iron like other brands which can cause constipation!
