After changing my diet, I thought about having these tables as supplements to complete my daily dose of needed vitamins. I’m 50 plus. I need extra vitamins apparently. These gave a good general range of vitamins and are not the size of golfballs. Jury’s out on if they will make me live longer but as part of a morning routine they are easy enough to take and by a brand I’ve heard of.

Excellent multi vitamins in my opinion. But others will disagree. Great brand of multi vitamin tablets. Just make sure to CHECK Expiry dates as sometimes if purchasing more than 1 box then sometimes dates can be close to expiring. thamks

I've been taking this Centrum Advance 50+ multivitamin daily for a few weeks now and can definitely feel a positive difference in my daytime energy levels. The tablets are easy to swallow with water and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste. Excellent value for money, will definitely buy again.

Good product, pill size manageable compared with magnesium size tablets. Not a bad taste either.
