Sylvanian Families - Cosy Cottage Starter Home Multicolour

I was delighted to get this house for my niece's Christmas. Couldn't believe I could get a whole Sylvanian Families house and bits and pieces for just £20. In the 16 or 17 years since I played with Sylvanian Families this set showed they haven't changed: they remain sturdy, nice looking, well designed and well made toys. Rating presentation down a little because there was quite a bit of plastic and there was no need for it. They could easily have had a cardboard outer box without the big viewing window hole and a smaller cardboard inner box containing the figure and the furniture. But purely as a toy: absolutely brilliant, my niece loved it and it was excellent value for money.

Great starter set for the new Sylvanian Families collector. My little one has had hours of fun playing with this and creating scenarios with the rabbits. I bought the Chocolate Rabbit Family as the Cottage set only comes with one rabbit. Unfortunately the Rabbit family set comes with a duplicate of the rabbit you get with the cottage so we now have twins! I also bought the Designer Studio which comes with another Chocolate Rabbit family member which is nice for extending play with extended family.The cottage set comes with a minimum of furniture to get you started and there’s just enough space for this to fit comfortably and allow space to manoeuvre characters to play. You get a range style cooker, a dining table and chairs, some cutlery and crockery and a bunk bed. You can buy extras to supplement but I think it would be a challenge to get anything more fitted in downstairs though there is some space upstairs (e.g. for more beds or a bathroom.Overall a great value starter set.

This is amazing in value for a sylvanian families set. My daughter asked for it for her 5th birthday and I thought it would be perfect to start her off on sylvanian families. I was not disappointed, it came with lovely furniture and a cute rabbit figure and the part of the house that makes the upper room floor is removable and has green on the other side to use as grass to create a garden space. My daughter has hardly put in down since opening it and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering investing in sylvanian families

My 2 granddaughters (aged 7 and 4) love the Sylvanians and were very happy with the Cosy Cottage Starter Home. However, there is a piece missing. It states and shows clearly on the box "The reversible floor which becomes a garden". There was some disappointment as you can imagine. We are used to accepting that where there are figures shown on a box they won't necessarily be inside the box but in this case I feel we have a right to complain. I wanted to make other Sylvanian buyers aware of this omission so that they can check immediataely if this part is missing so that they may be able to send the home back for a replacement.

love this set - perfect as a first introduction to sylvanian families playsetgreat value for money - they are more expensive than basic dolls houses but they last and are of such quallity and detail - children from 3+ both boys and girls play with this at my nursery ( the smaller pieces are removed for play with younger children food and plates)the keyworkers enjoyed playing toolovely role play and great for language skills and sharing !

Bought as a gift for my friends little girl she loves her new house !! as with all sylvainians this little house is great quality comes with furniture and a very sweet little rabbit all in all a lovely set and great value for money a ideal little starter kit or a extra house for someone like my daughter who has a whole city lol actually this will be the 3r of these littled house Igot so yes I really do recommend buying it 😀

Great little starter kit. My almost 3 yr old loves it. We removed the tiny pieces until she is older but she loves playing with the rabbit, getting it dinner, putting it to bed etc. We already have a lot of sylvanian stuff for my 5yr old but this has to stay in her room as the parts are too small for her sister. So this was great as once older the sets can go together.

The item itself is fine, but I'm not impressed at all that this I received a different product to what was shown entirely and it wasn't compatible with the sylvanian hall my daughter already has.

Loved it. The quality is awesome.

Inzwischen haben wir schon eine kleine Sylvanian-Stadt bei uns Zuhaus. Begonnen hat aber alles mit diesem Haus UND einer Bäckerei. Das Häuschen ist wirklich praktisch für den Start. Warum? Bei vielen Sylvanian Sets sind keine Figuren mit dabei und müssen extra erworben werden. Diese liegen für 3-4 Figuren im Bereich von 15-25 Euro. Hier bekomme ich zu Haus und Möblierung (Bettchen, Tisch, Stühle, Bank und kleiner Kochecke) schonmal einen Hasen der alles bewohnen kann.Das Häuschen besteht dabei komplett aus festem Plastik und hält auch einiges an wildem Spiel gut übersteht und das gilt eigentlich für alle Teile (und alle anderen Sets). Ich sollte mich nur nicht unbedingt mit voller Absicht mit meinem ganzen Gewicht AUF den kleinen Tisch stellen denn das hält dieser mit Sicherheit nicht aus.Wer sich für die Sylvanians entscheidet, dem sollte klar sein, dass vieles was mit ihnen zu tun hat wirklich seeeeeehr klein sein kann. Das Meiste ist deutlich unter der Größe eines üblichen 1 Euro Stücks, dafür aber immer zuckersüß und sehr detailliert gestaltet. Das heißt natürlich auch, dass es sehr schnell mal im Staubsauger (oder auch im Kind) verschwinden kann.Es gib zwei sehr ähnliche Starthäuser:Sylvanian Families - 5303 - Starter HausSylvanian Families 5242 Starter HausDer Unterschied von beiden liegt lediglich in der Dachform und der Gestaltung der jeweiligen mitgelieferten Treppe.Wir sind den kleinen Figürchen wegen ihrer Niedlichkeit und weil einfach vieles so wunderbar kompatibel ist verfallen. Habe ich zum Beispiel dieses Starthaus, kann ich es oben auf die Bäckerei oder eines der anderen Gebäude setzten, wenn ich mir diese irgendwann zulege und so mit der Zeit mein ganz eigenes Puppenhaus/Dorf/Städtchen kreieren. Außerdem lässt sich dadurch alles relativ platzsparend aufräumen/verstauen wenn es am Abend wieder ordentlich sein soll.⭐Fazit:Sicher nicht das größte Spielzeug der Welt, für mein Kind und mich aber einfach schöner und niedlicher als Barbie und Co.

C'est la plus petite maison Sylvanians , elle peut s'accrocher à la grande maison éclairée . Elle a quelques meubles . Moi je l'aime bien car elle est parfaite pour ma maquette , je dois mettre des petites et des grandes et des très grandes quand je les accroche les une aux autres . Des jouets solides , qui traversent les générations et qui développent leur imagination et leur créativité . Dans ce monde où tout devient connecté , il est important pour nos enfants de garder des jouets qui développent toutes ces facultés .

Pero los artículos de coleccionista, miniaturas y demás suelen tener estos precios ya que son productos muy bien acabados, con detalle y calidad y esta casa lo es, como toda la colección de Sylvanian. Esta casa es ideal para comenzar con tu mundo Sylvanian. Trae una conejita y muebles y probarás si quieres seguir comprando cosas o no. Lo que llegues a ampliar de todo este mundo es cosa tuya después pero para empezar es lo mejor. Después puedes imprimir los papeles pintados para decorar la casa y comprarle más cosas. Es conectable con la casa de ciudad con luz y con otros como la tienda de cookies y algunas más. Es un producto muy gracioso y de buena calidad. Si lo pones en lista de deseados y te esperas a ciertos momentos del año, podrás tenerlo con una rebaja muy golosa.
