Excellent Product
I was absolutely amazed how effective this product is, within 15 minutes of hanging the sticky pads they had caught several moths.I cannot recommend too highly.THIS IS AN UPDATE ON THE REVIEW (ABOVE) I GAVE SOME 48 HOURS AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW.Unfortunately I have to completely reverse my previous praise for this product as some 24 hours after installing the pads I noticed there were no new moths being caught in the traps, which I can only put down to the lack of odour being given off by the pads. Please see photograph taken 48 hours after installing the pad, clearly showing three moths within inches of one of the traps and they are showing NO interest whatsoever of being attracted to the pad and they never did.Sorry about this becoming a bit of a saga, but I think it only fair to print the reply I received from the suppliers after I emailed them about the problem. I accept their explanation 100% and now feel my first review was indeed more accurate.Thank you for your query and photo.Pheromone traps will only attract male moths. The moths showing no interest will generally be females. It does sound like you may have caught the present population of males.Pheromone traps are more of a long-term solution to eradicating an infestation. The life cycle takes 7ish days for eggs to hatch and a further 6-8 weeks for full development. Therefore, there will be periods when you are finding a low catch rate before the new adults emerge.I hope this advice is useful to you. Please let us know if we can assist any further. Many Thanks,

Easy to use and effective
I have purchased many of these. So easy to use and they really work. Price is a little expensive but I still get them as they are easy to set up and it works. Well recommended

New Slimline Plastic Traps are a Disaster
I’ve used Entopest traps with great success for years to control moths in our house, until now.I ordered some more recently (March 2025) and received traps which were very different to the usual design - half the depth and very flimsy plastic. The papers don’t quite fit the tray anymore either which causes them to bow upwards. Not a problem with the old design but because the trap is now so thin, the papers stick to the underneath of the front.I’m guessing the new design is a way to reduce plastic and costs, but it’s now completely flawed. I’ll be returning mine tomorrow and looking for a new manufacturer. Shame.

Ordered for a neighbour as we have used these before and been very pleased with the result.
We have used these for a few years and they are really effective in catching the moths.

A lot of one use plastic, very poor for environment
Super easy to use and effective at trapping moths. But you still have to use spray and throw out infested items

Works very well but slightly overpriced
Easy to put together and can be placed anywhere (these can even be hung). Definitely attracts most of the clothes moths - I have already ordered a refill pack due to the first 10 being almost full (there's a bad infestation at my grandma's house). The moths stick to the pad and eventually die. Since having these, the number has significantly reduced. I'd suggest using these with a clothes moth killing spray, just to get rid of the females (as I believe these only attract the male moths).

Assembly a little tricky
Arrived in a very timely manner; a bit tricky to set it up; pads very sticky! Now, I understand the traps better, I will re-order if necessary.

moths are a big nuisance
the product works well in trapping, though often I may find one or two lurking near the board and not entering. I am good at picking them off with a tissue myself!Note for the supplier: it would be useful to have more of the insert boards when ordering. The plastic holders obviously can be re-used but when an insert board is starting to cram with the pests it must be thrown away and replaced with a fresh one. Please could you respond to my suggestion about re-ordering which I will have to do fairly soon. I would prefer to have more of the replacement insert boards with an order.I look forward to hearing from you
