I don't normally leave feedback, however I love these bottles and the customer service of the seller was top notch. I'd just started juicing and needed bottles for storage. I scoured Amazon and came across these and despite some of the negative reviews I've been quite pleasantly surprised. My one note of caution is to not tighten the cap too hard, which is what I did and managed to damage the seal. It was either that or it's a defect with some of the caps. Either way, I told the seller and a new batch was duly despatched. Amazing service from them and still loving my bottles. :-)

I received the product intact, unlike some other reviewers. The bottles seem to be good quality. I think the bottle caps will wear out before the bottles do, but that is not a criticism. The only thing that I mark this product down for is the fabric carrying loops on the caps. I think these will get quite manky and unpleasant after repeated washes and might ultimately have to be cut off.I used the water bottles for the first time today. Temperatures today were c. 25 Celsius. I had left several bottles in the fridge overnight, so they were nice and cool. I took one bottle in my car when I was going out to do a few bits and pieces. I left a bottle in my car for around 2 hr 15 mins in that heat and, when I returned to my car and had a drink, the water was still slightly cool after all that time in the heat. I presume this is because the borosilicate glass (which is basically PYREX) has very good thermal insulation properties i.e. it can stand high temperatures and has very good insulation properties which keep cold liquids cold and warm liquids warm.UPDATE - Further to my previous comments about the bottle caps. I had these bottles for only 1 week and the first cap fell apart - see attached photo. The inner part of the cap detached from the outer part. The caps are not water-tight without the inner part in place.Not impressed. Very disappointing.

4 out of the 6 bottles delivered had broken plastic inside the bottle cap. I know these are cheap, but that's unacceptable. The other 2 are fine tho.

Hi firstly the bottles are a great job at keeping water fresh but unfortunately after a few months of using every day, the lids have went mouldy. I tried removing the silicone ring out of a few for cleaning to see if this made any difference but not didn't and when you try to put the silicone ring back in its very difficult to get them to Fit in correctly and the sharp edges of the lid cut them so I couldn't use afterwards. Was I just unlucky with the 2 batches of bottles that I got? I only have one just opened that's usable'

I purchased the bottles for the juice I made at home using slow juicer. The bottle is easy to store and clean, it fit into my lunch bag perfectly. I enjoy freshly made healthy juice without breaking my bank account. The juice is kept fresh for much longer than the plastic bottles I used before.I definitely recommend this product for juice storage.

For the money these are just about OK. The lids are cheap plastic (not metal as one reviewer stated!) plus I have already broken two of the 6 within the first month. I'm not sure how you are supposed to wash the lids without the grey cord becoming soggy and pretty much useless within a couple of washes. If these were stainless or even decent ie. strong plastic these would be good value for money.

Hi. I waited a while to give a review. in a nutshell: the glass is fine but the caps are atrocious and the bottles do NOT come with the protective covers.This pack of juice bottles is really only useful if your journey is from juicer to fridge and no furhter. Not great for popping in your bag when travelling as quite early on the caps started to leak. Given other reviews, I deliberately did not wash the covers in the dishwasher to avoid any un-glueing but the seal still split and then the silver inner cap came unstuck (photo attached).Another reason why the bottles are not great for use outside of the home is the lack of the protective black sleeve that is promised as part of the official photos. My bottles came only with a bubble wrap cover. The bubbles are pretty much all burst now/no longer providing ANY protection.I give two stars and not one, just because it is fine IF you are ok with poor quality bottles because they are not planned to be used when travelling.

We bought these bottles to replace the plastic water bottles we had been using under the mistaken belief that they were entirely safe. We are very glad indeed to have made the switch - apart from any health benefits, water tastes much nicer out of these! They are also proving very useful around the house, as they pour very easily (great for watering plants). Altogether a great buy, and very attractive bottles too.
