How much sugar (carbs) is actually in it?

It has high levels of maltitol. Terrible for Keto. Maltitol has 80% GI of table sugar. This will severely affect your glucose and ketone levels. You may as well just eat sugar. AND it has rapeseed and palm oils.

This product is NOT KETO. It contains maltitol as a sweetner: it spikes your blood sugar. The glycemic index of maltitol is 36, which means that it significantly raises your blood sugar level!

Are these keto friendly?

YES use along side my fitness pal helps, i usually have about 25 grams on keto pancakes

How many carbs/ calories per 100g? (I'm looking at the hazelnut one)

100g is quite a lot of Carb Killa Spread lol. But it would be about 518 cals and 32.5g of Carbs
