Allergic Reaction
Approx 5 or 6 days after starting these capsules I developed raised bumps on my chest, neck and jaw. I didn't connect this with taking these at all as I had previously taken Turmeric capsules. After about 12 days the rash became worse - very red and very itchy. I went to the doctors who said it was some sort of allergic reaction and I still did not connect them. Was told to stop all creams, washes etc on the area and had a special cream and antihistamines and still it got worse. My jaw developed very dry swollen patches and so I did a little research into this supplement. I found that it was most likely the cause, probably due to the addition of the Bioperine. I immediately stopped taking it, within 1 day saw an improvement and by the 4th day a vast improvement! Bumps have all but disappeared and itch has gone.

Fortunately it worked for me - I have a problem ...
I've tried several brands of tumeric preparations. The first one was from my local chemist at £36 for 60 tablets. Fortunately it worked for me - I have a problem with a finger joint which required surgery but has returned so I knew that I had a fall back position. I tried another product here on Amazon which didn't work, and then tried this one. Most definitely works for me - joint swelling is down 80% and the pain has gone - so I'm really happy.

Being healthy! Take this!
High dose turmeric with bioperine which make it easier for your body to absorb. I haven't gone yellow! The turmeric doesn't stain your body in anyway, in case you were thinking it would (as some people have asked me!) I have been diagnosed with metastasises in my lungs and around my heart and if I dont take my turmeric it affects me badly and I have cold sweats, pains in the roof of my mouth and cant quite catch my breath...it's anti-inflammatory properties are in part what is keeping me alive! I also take a very high dose (12000 mg) ginger too (and raw garlic, if you can)I would encourage anyone to take turmeric and ginger just for well being not if you are ill. It keep my immune system strong and I although I should be down to catch any disease going (especially with a school age daughter and grandchildren) I manage to resist all their coughs, colds and flu's!

Best curcumin supplement I have found..
Tried a lot of curcumin sups as curcumin really helps if you have inflammation within the body.. This one works the best for me. Tried the Thorne meriva, jarrows, natures best etc. Repeatedly order this from amazon.

Life saver
I've suffered intense knee pain over the last couple of years that became debilitating to the extent I couldn't even walk for several months. Untold medical tests couldn't pinpoint the cause and as an avid exerciser I was devastated as I could no longer enjoy my usual activities. I was introduced to turmeric and that seemed to take the edge off, but I was still suffering aching and weakness in the knee. After doing lots of research into the benefits of curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric) and had got to the point where I was willing to try anything, I took a punt and ordered these. So glad I did! Apart from some minor catching every now and again I have almost no pain at all, and am able to pick up my exercise regime with as much gusto as before. I can't recommend them highly enough, will definitely be ordering more.

These capsules give me a boost
Only been using this for 4days but no arthritic pain so far. Also am feeling very relaxed so don't know whether this has helped. This product is 4.5x cheaper than another product I was looking at with the same specification. Am only taken 1 tablet a day and it has worked so far as my whole body was wrecked with pain.

Great for hip/back pain/piriformis syndrome - amazed by the results
This product has actually worked for me. I was suffering for over a year with hip pain, lower back pain and piriformis syndrome. I used to wake up in pain and live on pain killers, on my feet all day as a chef. My mobility has returned and I can't recommend these enough. Ran out for a week and noticed the old pains returning, it's easy to forget what pain you had when it goes! Won't be running out again.

Friend swears by them for inflamed joints
Order these for a friend who swears by them for his knees and foot. He has broken the bones in one foot three times over the years. Don't know if it is a placebo effect or if they actually work, but my friend reckons he can tell the difference if he misses taking them for a couple of days. I have to admit, that since he has started using them, he hasn't had to go to the doctor's with painful inflammation and he doesn't resort to painkillers to the degree he used to.
