No complaints as it suits my needs adequately

I live in a village in Nepal. Someone broke into my house by bashing my front lock (purchased in Nepal) with a rock. Once they got in, however, they were not able to enter any of my rooms, as I had locked each door with one of these locks. We use these as outdoor gate locks: if someone wants to get past them it's not really going to stop them. That being said, it keeps the gates closed. The wind won't blow them open. And a semi-honest person or an opportunist will skip our backyard because of these locks.They aren't very hard to break. Two wrenches together provide enough pressure to break the weak part of the shackle with moderate effort. I had one freeze up on me and that's exactly how I broke it to get it off. They're also nearly as easy to pick if that's something you want to worry about.If you're looking for the highest level of security, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a set of simple locks keyed to match then you're in the right place.

I bought this bike lock for my son, who is biking to school. We were worried that his bike would get stolen if he had a cheap lock on it but this lock was exactly what we wanted, strong and sturdy.
