Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief 50 ml

I mean it. I am one of those people whose appearance suffers greatly for weeks once I have had a cold as a result of dead/dry skin around my nose which peels off (disgusting, I know.) But this is a life saver. I often can't bare to face people when I am like this, and as I mentioned, it can last for weeks. Generally it will come near the end of a cold and last about 2 weeks but this cream or gel (it seems like a mix if both, to me) clears it up in (get this) a couple of ... days! No other moisturiser that I have ever tried has had that type of effect. It really is marvellous. I used to have the small tub of it but once I saw it also came in a jar I just had to have it. Now I have more to spare and so will occasionally use it on my face when I want to wear makeup; I don't wear foundation often as it sits horribly on my skin, maybe because I have dry cheeks and forehead. But I have found if I apply this beforehand and let it dry for 10-15 minutes any foundation will go on smooth and will stay fresh looking for a longer amount if time than usual. The best part about this is a little really does go a long way. As I mentioned I used to only have the small tube and so once i realised it worked, I was worried about using it all then finding out it had been discontinued (it seemed horrendously expensive when it did pop up on ebay and as a student i couldn't afford it; that's another thing. This jar is great value!) so with that small tube, I cleared many a peeling nose. I would carry it in my pocket and apply only the smallest of days about 2-3 times throughout the day and that worked wonders. It spreads very well and once it dries the effects can still be seen, it also isn't white like most moisturisers so it is easy to apply without a mirror and not be worried about walking around with white around your nose or wherever you need it.

If you hate the feeling of 'tacky' skin after you apply a moisturiser...this is for you!My skin - greasy, prone to spots yet dry patches at the same time. Combination of everything!This product - light, as it's a gel. Takes a minute or two for your skin to suck it up then you are left with soft matt skin. Don't know how it works but,,,bye bye dry patches instantly and seems to leave my skin like I've applied a primer. Does not break me out in spots either.I've NEVER found a beauty product that "woo's" me, cheap or expensive...but this does! Honestly this product (for me) is AMAZING! If you have skin like mine, try this. Give it a minute to sink in, try for a week and let me know if you are delighted like me.Prior to this i occasionally moisturised with Olay total effects ( only product i found that didn't break me out). I've went from occasionally moisturising, to daily with this.

Now a staple in my daily skincare regimen after recieving a small sample when I first bought my foundation. Cream glides on skin moisturizers without being heavy and leaves skin refreshed.

I wasnt happy that the actual item was not cellophaned.After using samples of this product i decided to purchase a full size. However the cream burnt the skin around my nose and upper lip leading to a few small blisters.

Looked nice but haven't used it yet. Ask me later.

Lovely face cream which seems to make my face very smooth.It is quite expensive and I'm not quite convinced it is great value but it works well

Arrived quickly. Definitely the real Clinique and not fake. I have quite sensitive dry skin and this feels really nice and moisturising and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I would definitely recommend ordering this cream as it is much cheaper than in the shops.. I will definitely be buying this again.

I've been a loyal moisture surge fan for a couple of years now and I can't live without it. It really does leave your skin feeling quenched from its thirst. It's a great moisturiser for all skin types as its so gentle. It also absorbs really well so it's great for wearing under make up. Bought it from Amazon as its so much cheaper, just wish I'd known that it was available on here sooner so I didn't keep paying full wack for it! Buy it, it's the best!
