Bug catcher kit for children
Brought for one of my grandsons as a present. Came in a nicely decorated box, reasonable quality. Easy to use. The kit contained many items for storage and collection of bugs. A good educational product for some one to start learning about the many interesting insects that live in our gardens and countryside.

Good but can break easily
This bug collecting is good but the parts can break easily. There are also some small parts that can get lost easily as well. I would suggest getting a bag for them. The manufacturer's recommended age is 5 - 3 (Yes, that is what it says!). I think that it would probably work more for 6 plus as Having said that, the range of items from tweezers, magnifier, bug holder are well thought out and could provide hours of fun.

Flimsy plastic
The items are far too flimsy for the price - the mini magnifying glass broke and the bug box got scratched on the first trip out. I bought a metal loupe instead which will be far more useful than this and for much less.

EDUCATIONAL FUN!
Bought this for one of my twin grandsons while the other had a ladybird kit together with a powerful microscope. He is sooo excited about catching some bugs but unfortunately its been too cold to really find any lol. No doubt as the warmer weather approaches this is going to provide endless hours of uuuurghhhh and wow's lol! Boys will be boys lol!

Good little bug kit
A previously purchased bug kit made by a well known brand turned out to be extremely shoddily made and broke after only a couple of uses leaving my Grandson very disappointed. Wish I had seen this one first as it's way better and has already had plenty of use. The booklet is useful too and the various items in the kit are easy for little hands to use. Will be purchasing a couple more as birthday gifts for other little bug fans in the family.
