Work as well as the expensive collagen supplements
I'm no stranger to Marine Collagen supplements having tried many expensive types including the drinks. I have been taking 2 of these every evening and I'm getting exactly the same anti ageing firming and plumping results as I did with the expensive collagen costing 3x as much, and to get 200 capsules in a bottle instead of the usual 60 is much more economical. The results I get from taking these marine collagen capsules are firmer plumper skin that bounces back and is more lifted and radiant. I have never experienced any side effects from taking Marine Collagen. I don't think I'll bother with the more expensive versions when these ones work just as well.

Give it a try
Was a bit worried to buy collagen in capsules but very glad I did. Was tired up of having funny tastes on my coffee and tea with the powder ones. It's easy to swallow. Don't know if works or not, still too soon to have improvements .
