Divine mixed in with rice
I keep reading about this rotel stuff and decided to splash out on a tin for seven quid. Bit pricey but dayum it was worth it. Best rice I've ever eaten.I can't keep spending that sort of money on it so I'm putting in the hours of research to see if I could make my own?If not then I'll continue to pay through the nose because this stuff is SO good.

What a difference the chilies make!
If Ro-Tel was easier (and cheaper) to buy here in England, I would use it in just about everything that calls for diced tomatoes. Unfortunately, the stores where I live do not carry it, & I have to order it online, and that is a bit expensive. But, it's worth the extra cost for special occasions and ordering it through Amazon.co.uk makes it so easy. I have never been disappointed with Ro-Tel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a little extra kick to their otherwise bland diced tomatoes.

Always good in tomato based recipes
I've bought these on and off for years. They're not always available in local stores. I like the taste of these in chilli dishes, or simply to sauces like bolognese or arrabiata. They're a bit more expensive through Amazon, so I like to buy a few at a time.

So happy!
So glad to have this back in my life. I'm a Texas gal in the UK and Rotel was on the top of my list of foods missed.

Tastes Great!
Tastes great. Adds a great flavour to dishes. Great for pasta dishes, Mexican dishes, nachos, chilli, etc. Great with cheese sauce for dipping tortillas.
