Unbelievable value. Great quality materials have been used with a very high standard of workmanship and design. Four rows of double stitching. As far as I can see this is a rebranded Scorpion belt at half the price. I am a 34" trouser size and the large JUST fits me so if in doubt go bigger, you can always drill a few more eye holes in but you can't make the belt longer.Edited. A few days after my review and using this belt I must advise it takes a lot of wearing in. I have a short body and long legs and found it impossible to bend over with this belt. You will need to bend, roll and pulverise this belt before it becomes comfortable. Try standing on it when rolled then jumping on it. You will have hands and forearms like a Hod Carrier before you get it pliable enough to use (if you have a short body like I have). Best advise is wear it when working at your desk or on the computer it will improve your posture and get it worn in (I think body heat helps). Still 5 stars though.

Good quality build, it is stiff enough for support but flexible enough to put on and take off easily. The width is ideal, belt buckle more than adequate. Looks good as well

This belt arrived this morning. I've only used it once today for deadlifting. Understandably it was pretty stiff so I had to use all my finger strength to get the pins to the desired holes, but once I got there I managed to get the desired super tight fit. Before buying I measured my waist at the belly button because using your trouser measurement is always going to be incorrect. My trousers waist measurement is 30 inches, but when I measured my waist around the belly button it was 34 inches when breathing in. So the large size fits me perfectly. There are still 2 more rows of holes free in case I lose weight. So the size guide turned out to be spot on. The stiffness is essential because when deadlifting you need your belly to press really hard against the belt. the stiffness stops your stomach from rolling forward and it is this action which supports the lower back and with correct lifting form it might help in preventing lower back injury, but just make sure you use the belt as tight as possible.One minor gripe is the width of the belt is 3.8 inches instead of the advertised 4 inches. But for this price, you won't find a better belt. It's just as good as some belts at nearly twice the price. Highly recommended.

For the price this is the best lifting belt I've owned. Initially I found the material to be pretty firm and uncomfortable but having worn it for about 6 months it's got give in the right places now. The width of the belt and the thickness all provide a good amount of support when lifting heavy. The double buckle is very nice and is holding up nicely too. Would strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants a good bit of support when going heavy in the gym.

I have only just started lifting with a belt. My friend got me in to it with a very expensive lever belt and I just loved the feeing of extra support. The lever belt left my thighs bruised on a full squat so I decided to try a buckle. I'm so glad I bought this belt it's so comfortable and the sizing is spot on. The rivets and stitching all seem solid and the leather is thick and despot this, easy to wear. Some people advised a single pin is easier to use but I've hd no problems with the double pin. It arrived on time and was packaged fine. Maybe a box would have been a bit better than the plastic bags but this is a small quibble. Definitely recommend this product.

This is an excellent belt. The quality of the materials and the build quality are superb.I used to compete power lifting but am just lifting heavy weights as a hobby now. As I was getting stronger again I needed a new belt for providing support with squat and deadlifts. This belt arrived and I could not believe how good it was. The price is very reasonable too.

The belt is very sturdy and feels great quality. Husband has a 38/40 waist so I ordered the xl size 36-40. It fits him great with plenty of holes either way for him to shrink or expand. The belt is long enough for it to stay in the loop.
