This fell far below the standard I'd expect for a frame this expensive.1. the frame insert is supposed to allow display of a 20x30cm photo, however in order to stop a photo of this size falling through the hole -and ending up out of place- the display frame would need to be slightly smaller than 20x30cm just by a couple of mm, however it isnt, so no amount of careful wiggling this way and the other can get the photo to sit right in the space, so when you put the back on and fasten it one side of the photo is loose inside the frame and very obvious.2. the quality of the frame itself is cheap cheap cheap, it looks like balsa wood which has been stained, the back doesn't quite fit inside the frame, it seems this is being hand made but not in a good way, as in you'd expect machines being accurate to fractions of a mm in cutting materials to size and humans not3. I ordered 2 frames, one arrived with a large scratch on the perspex clearly visible through the plastic peelback layer on its front and back (supposedly to prevent scratches) and more obvious after their removal, this would have been clearly visible to anyone putting the pack together and should never have passed their quality control. looking at other reviews this isn't a unique problem4. one frame did not have those metal bendy clips to hold the back in place on all sides, meaning the back could move and alter the position of the picture inside

We seem to get through a lot of picture frames as my wife has a couple hobbies which we usually frame and hang somewhere, and then there's the photographs - which admittedly we change around every so often. So, having bought cheap frames in the past and regretted it, I decided to go a little bit more upmarket. This frame was perfect. It is decently made and solid enough to cope with what we put in it. While it does come with a perspex sheet initially, this is easy to swap out for thin non-reflective glass. Again, no problem with sturdiness on the frame when we hung it with the glass in place. Excellent money for value for an attractive and well made picture frame. You can't ask more than that.

This seller is wonderful. I have bought several photo frames over the years and have just placed an order for three more a2 ones to frame some a3 art work. The frames are top quality, real wood (the smell when you open them is beautiful!), with excellent mounts and packaged so carefully. It makes such a difference to buy quality frames - yes they are a little more expensive than alternatives, but in this instance you really do get what you pay for. I won’t buy frames from anywhere else in future!

The frame was ordered on prime but arrived a day late (I doubt that’s the fault of the seller)The frame itself is in good condition, simple modest design exactly what I wanted. The hook for hanging the frame is detachable and so you can change placement.Makes my degree certificate look elegant and not ostentatious.Only tiny niggle is that a small part of the frame was sanded after varnishing and so a tiny part of the frame is a lighter colour.

I bought two of these as last minute Christmas presents. On first look the frames were better than I expected, although not as dark as the image would suggest. However, I flipped the first one over to insert a photo and the back stand fell off. Exactly the same happened with the second. Unfortunately I’d left it too late to buy another frame so I’ve had to send broken gifts to two family members. Appalling quality and I would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Well made and like the ribbon going from the stand to the frame to stop it opening too far when on a tableEasy to open and insert my posters (2 in the one frame) Perspex was marked slightly BUT only on the plastic cover sheet, once I’d taken them off both sides it was perfect.Not inexpensive but worth it. Especially like the options of different frames.Sturdy without being over heavy.

I was so delighted with these frames, I bought a second set. They are extremely good value and pretty solid.

This is a very disappointing frame for the price paid.Minimal quality and very poor fixing to the rear. Not robust enough for wall hanging and not secure enough for stand up display. Poor plexiglass thickness. Not pleased all round.
