KUC12 Regular Hardshell Concert Ukulele Guitar Case - Black

This is a gift for my son for Xmas.I'm really pleased with this yukule case, it took me ages to find the right one, as sizing was a problem for me. Lol. However, by reading most of the questions & answers I finally decided this was the one I needed.It arrived really quick, the packing not so great, on protection of such a lovely case. I was also expecting for it to be packed in anather smaller box, but it was inside a thin dust bag which unfortunately was ripped at the side.I checked the case over & all was fine. I checked to see if my son's yukulele fitted ok & it fit like a glove, he has a Kuala concert & a smaller one. The case is luxurious in my opinion, with lovely soft but firm padding which offers great protection on your yukulele. The lining feels lovely & soft, I think it's faux fur!. Last but no means least, is the chrome clips which look lovely against the black, & seem very well made. Oh & Thiers even a lock on the case, I found the key in the storage part just under where the neck of the yukulele rests.I can't wait to give this case to my son on Xmas day, I think he will be more than happy with it. I will edit this to give my son's opinion on it.

I bought this uke case for my Kala ka-smc as it was a fairly nice uke at £30 for a hard case I just thought what could go wrong.My uke fit perfectly into the case with no issues. The outside had no issues I could see at all and seems sturdy. There are three latches on one side to keep the case closed, one of which has a lock. On the inside of the case there is a small neck pocket and the inside is covered with an upholstered foam.I only have a couple of very small issues with this case which is why it did not get five stars. One of which being that you can feel some dried glue in the headstock portion of the upholstered foam. This will not effect the case in anyway and won't damage the instument however I thought I should mention it. Also the lock doesn't seem to be too substantial. I like, many other people, am not likely to use the lock. It's nice that it's there but doesn't serve much purpose.The case was also packaged in a box about two times the size but I won't deduct any points for that as that is amazon's fault.

I saw a revue for this case in which the writer said he wanted a wooden case and so had sent this one back to Kingsman as it wasn't made of wood!He only needed to read the description on the barcode (on the big yellow label attached to the case ) to see that it IS made of wood, and other stuff of course, a complete gem of a uke case, white stitching on the lid, nice chrome fasteners and lock, a really rigid, well made case albeit made in China. It fits my 'Noah' Concert Uke as if it was hand made for it, an absolutely perfect fit, in fact so good that I have ordered one for my 40 year old Soprano, which up to now has been held in an ignominious cardboard box, the case cost more than the Soprano, but with a forty year gap, that's OK , soft fluffy padding will take care of your baby very well for many years to come. I recommend it unreservedly.

I have a Kala concert uke which I bought this for. I was worried it might be too small, but it's fine. It's definitely a snug fit, but the case is much sturdier than expected. It's got three clasps, one of which has a small lock, and there's a small pocket inside which is large enough to fit a cappo and a couple of other small items. It's really a fantastic find, especially for the price! Looking forward to being able to take my ukulele around :)

Offers very good protection for a small, somewhat fragile instrument. The inside has a good soft plush lining and the catches work well. Mine arrived with strap loops and an adjustable shoulder strap, which I have found very convenient when I've had other luggage to carry at the same time. I prefer the chrome fittings shown to the gold-looking ones my case has, but I can certainly live with them. As with the equivalent Kinsman case I have for my soprano uke, there is depth to spare and I keep a folded soft duster underneath the instrument to hold it gently but firmly in place when the case is closed, and for wiping the strings etc. after use. These are excellent cases and well worth having if you value your ukulele and want to look after it.

Nice case, three latches with locking capabilities. Well made with a strong handle. Internal storage good. Well padded. Fits my concert ukulele and spare strings and tuner.

This is perfect for keeping your uke safe. Good quality, and acts as a blank canvas for those who wish to personalise.
