We ordered these for our new Bradley smoker and we absolutely love them. We've tried all flavors at this point and, honestly, every one of them was wonderful. We've even combined some to get the combination of flavors we were looking for. They gave such a great, smoky flavor to everything that we've cooked. Great quality, easy to load in the smoker, and they burn for a good amount of time. Will be ordering again!

Until recently, I've had electric smokers that used wood chips. When my smoker died, I finally started using the Bradley smoker that I bought from a friend a few years ago. The bisquettes provide great smoke flavour and I do not have to baby sit the smoker to feed more wood chips every hour or two. I can feed as many as I want, go play a round of golf and come back to a meal. I'm planning to do pull pork tomorrow and can hardly wait!
