I love this priduct because of the value for money and it easily mixes in water (or make capsules to carry around if you are like me 🤣) For most people, Taurine is considered a semi-essential (or conditionally essential) amino acid. But, for me it's benefits is worth the supplementation. Taurine has important functions in the heart, brain and immune system. It helps support nerve growth, helps us maintain proper hydration and produces bile salts, which help in digestion. Taurine also regulates minerals and supports the general function of your nervous system, vision and eyes. These are important to me and it also has the benefit of giving me a very restful sleep. And the taste is fine, if that is your decision factors (I can easily consume the nastiest tasting stuff- this is mild in comparison!)

i didn't get to use this product, so I cannot really comment on quality. I was very keen on the pricing, which would be 500 doses for me. However the warning label that it came with meant I didn't use it. Basically it looks like it can contain every allergen known to man. For me, it was the "possible" sulphites or Sulphur dioxide. sadly. But kudos for the warning label. If you don't have any particular sensitivities I recommend it highly.

This pack is huge and will likely last for years. I use taurine for digestive support, and this blends well into water or juice without any taste. I mix it with fiber supplements and feel noticeably better when using it consistently. Great value for anyone looking to add taurine to their routine.

Urgent. Advert says no allergens, product arrives with a new sticker and a list of possible allergens in cereals containing gluten. Good job I checked as had already gone out of my way to check the listing. The listing needs updating urgently.

I like it. I work out 6 days a week I bought this as it was recommended to help prevent fatigue and reduce muscle soreness. I think it helped in conjunction with other amino acids.

Tra le tante proprietà della taurina, c'è quella di favorire il sonno, per questo motivo io la assumo la sera, circa un' ora prima di mettermi a letto. Si tratta, di per sé, di una sostanza economica, ma della Bulk, nel comodo formato da 500g, ha veramente un prezzo imbattibile

Ottimo prodotto dal prezzo estremamente basso. La taurina in polvere è praticamente insapore e può essere aggiunta ovunque. Aiuta a migliorare la profondità del sonno, fa bene a retina, cuore ed occhi ed è un energizzante. Aiuta a mantenere in efficienza il cervello.
