are these ok to use on keto diet?

Sorry checked the box and my numbers were wrong, but still fine for keto. 1 tablet is about 1.7g carbs so not that big of a deal. I'm pretty much 0 carbs anyway so it doesn't affect me.

How many can I have daily?

It states on it that “Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours”… an example is me personally I dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml of water and drink before I go on a night out then I take another 2 dissolved in 500ml water when I get home before bed then the next morning I take another 2 dissolved in 500ml water. It rehydrates your body and prevents a hangover!
