Hot.
Hot af. ;)Bought this along with a couple of other ridiculously hot sauces. This is actually relatively flavourful compared to some of the others, but does still have that hot sauce tang. Beware, this will blow your head off. It hurts. We do actually use this in cooking, though, just adding a drop to curries or pasta sauce, etc, it really does add a nice heat. (When I say a drop, I mean a drop).

Evil, but tasty evil
Once I was cooking a burger when the phone went, realising the call was for me my other half said sheâd keep at eye on the food while I answered. Coolcoolcool. I go out the room.Five minutes later, I walk back in. Kitchen filled with smoke, pungent smoke. Eye-watering, sneeze-inducing smoke. Repeated sneezes, runny nose and streaming eyes so bad that we burst out of the back door just get out into the fresh air and air the kitchen out some.âWhat happened? Did it get to hot?â I asked, inbetween choking coughs and stinging, watering eyes.âNo no, itâs fine - I just put a blob of source on the food and seared it, like a baste.ââWhat sauce did you use....?âYes folks, it was the .357. The painfully hot hot sauce, on a very hot cast iron pan. I donât know the science behind it, but sauce + direct heat = smoke that attacks your senses and turns you into a choking, slobbery, half-blind mess. This stuff is a great sauce, but not to be messed with (yes I do mean you, dear...). Be careful with it and the rewards will be tasty, go too far and mealtime may be an ordeal that ends with the ring of fire. A nice sauce can be given a nice heat with just the right amount. Too much and it might be inedible (though Iâm sure will cope). Buy it, try it, learn it - just maybe donât stick it on food thatâs being flash-fried unless you have the necessary biological warfare suit. One small use I found for it, seeing as weâre entering winter: got a cold? Bit congested? Put a small spot on the end of a teaspoon and eat. Thatâll clear the old sinuses ;)

One drop is all you need
Really spicy with a tangy flavour.I'd only add a really tiny amount to blow the roof of your mouth off.I would say try it first with your finger before putting it on your food.

Best hot sauce we have bought.
Really happy. My husband and children love it. Extremely hot. A lot of happy people. But not me. It seem to be in everything we eat now. Can just have a "try" of his food as will be in chilli fire for ages. But happy husband - happy wife.

The stars represent the heat level.
Inspired by man vs. food, me and my flatmates chowed down on a burger covered with 1 teaspoon if this sauce. Needless to say there was a lot of tears, sweating, swearing, and pain to follow. This sauce is hot. A little dab on the end of your finger tastes hot but managable. If you use it like a normal sauce it will explode in your mouth. Not for the faint hearted... my tongue is still a little numb.

Must try!
Oh yeah baby! :DSo! Was excited to try it after saw it so many times in "First we feast!" show.It deserves its name, maaad!Have to admit first wasn't sure 357.000 scoville gonna be hot enough after tried various naga peppers and so on.But mate, it dose the job. It's enough, it's a sauce.First few seconds just building up, small kick, then bang! The 'not pleasant' part last about 15-20 minutes, maybe less if you have some milk at home.Your lips will burn a bit longer, but that's part of the game.It has a nice bbq/honey/cinnamon?! after taste, but deffo a bit sweet, yet burning hell. Before the "sweet" would turn you down, need to know, I'm absolutely not fan of sweet stuffs, but this one has a well balanced aroma. The size of the bottle is decent, last long, unless making some friendly challenges. ;)Packed nicely, clean and proper sealing, arrived quickly from Mad Dog! High five for that!Overall very satisfied!Would buy it again!!!

Buy it if youâre brave enough
Okay so last month I bought several popular hot sauces and this was one of them. Just one little drop of this one blew my mind and was a lot spicier than the others I got - which were psycho juice ghost (my favourite btw) and Blairâs mega death sauce (do not recommend). I used to think I could handle any spice but this is next level. Maybe if it had a nicer flavour I could handle it but the flavour really isnât that nice - you canât taste any kind of peppers or that fresh taste you get with other sauces. It really is just an insanely spicy sauce for mad spice-heads, but not for lovers of chilli flavour. 5/5 for doing what it says on the tin- but itâs not for me. The bottle I have will last forever

CAUTION: For Extreme Hot Sauce lovers! đ
This is NOT your daddy's weak, vinegar-tasting Tabasco sauce. đ I had some of this years ago and loved it. The average Jalapeño has about 6,000 Scoville units... this sauce is 357,000 Scoville units so use with care.Though I warn them, sometimes people will think it's like tabasco or say they love HOT and dump it on... get out the cell cam because what happens next is hilarious! đ€ŁA nice hint of cinnamon accompanies the HEAT. Great sauce for HOT Connoisseurs. Thank you! đ

As advertised.
Oh yeah, this is the real deal.I have been trying to build my tolerance for hot foods by working my way up the scoville scale through different hot sauces over the past 8 months or so.I had never really used anything hotter than Tabasco untill the beginning of this quest, so I started with a bottle of Tabasco Habanero sauce, when I was close to finishing this I ordered a bottle of Mary Sharps Comatose sauce, which was pretty intense for me! Maybe 3 quarters through that bottle I decided I would go with Tabasco Scorpion sauce next. It was pretty darn hot! But honestly not the mind-blowing over the top heat you would expect given the reputation of the pepper and the advertisements on the bottle. So after much deliberation I decided to go with the fairly notorious Mad Dog 357 original hot sauce as my next step up the hot sauce ladder. I read a lot of reviews saying that Dave's hot sauces were not as spicy as advertised and that Da Bomb simply tasted awful...2 drops on a piece of pizza the first day it arrived and I was in a pool of sweat, stunned with my sinuses dripping all over the place. This is very much the first hot sauce I have had that gives me a real feeling of nervousness before I take it off the shelf, it is not "spicy", it is painful! The flavour is deep and smoky, not at all like Tabasco, not terribly strong, the heat definitely comes first..This will take me a while to finish.

Maneggiare con cura
ok,un prodotto decisamente "estremo"!Sicuramente interessante come salsa, possibilmente da diluire per percepire una qualche nota aromatica. In purezza risulta veramente esplosiva, solo per palati di amianto
