fair & pureZinc picolinate - Contains 15mg zinc - Vegan - 60 Tablets

I normally do not take tablets due to the nasty additives, however this company claims to not use any so I am trying this out. I stay away from the additives because they can actually inhibit the absorption of various nutrients. I have only been taking this supplement for a week and cannot say much about it working, though I did increase dosage twice before bed and ended up with insomnia (it seems zinc can do this to some people). Now I take it in the day time sticking to just one tablet and no insomnia. I am taking this to help me with pyroluria.I'm giving this product 5 stars because there's no nasty additives, it's good quality product and affordable.

I love this product but wish it would come in larger amounts so I don't have to order as often. The vendors are very good with their customer service.

Il n'a pas eut encore le temps et faire son effet ......Comme je recommence à marcher on m'a conseiller vue les crevasses aux pieds que j'ai (jetait une marche pieds nus donc j'ai la peaux comme plastifier qui craque ) ........j'attends et fait cette cure en plus de vitamine c pour y remédier ......Cela peut servir pour ceux qui ont ce soucis comme conseille ....

El picolinato de zinc es la forma que mejor se absorbe de todas.Llevo tomándolo poco tiempo y los efectos ya se notan:-Más libido.-Mejor sueño.-Olfato y gusto aumentados.Yo tomo 1 pastilla en una comida sin lácteos, pues el calcio suele competir con el zinc en la absorción.

Die Tagesdosis mit 15mg ist in Ordnung, wobei jeder für sich selber entscheiden muss.
