Received 8 of these shoe heel insoles (4 black and 4 beige pairs). They are shipped from a supplier in Hong Kong so may take slightly longer to arrive if you're based in uk however they are a really great product. Prevent larger shoes from slipping around but more importantly the insoles prevent new shoes/trainers from rubbing at the back of the heel as they're well cushioned. Very good price for a very functional product, shame they're not readily available in uk stores.

you have to be very careful how you fix these and put on your shoes or they end up stuck to your socks the first time you put the shoes on. I fitted them to a pair of dress shoes and left them for 3 months before wearing them and that seems to have worked better. I wouldnt recommend for daily wear shooes as they are just not up to it.

These heel grips are comfortable however if your looking for grips to stop heel slipping these aren’t the ones. I bought these to help with shoes that are slightly too big but they did nothing to help that. Ended up ordering other ones that solved the problem.

These are self sticking heel grips with built in padding. They stick and they grip your heels removing that blister-inducing rubbing which even expensive shoes can cause. They work and come in two colour ways. You can’t ask any more. I recommend them.

Perfect, just what i was looking for, cant believe i havnt bought some if these before, im now wearing shoes i havnt worn for years and a brand new pair which is over 5 yrs old ive never worn due to rubbing my heels, like having the choice of 2 colours in this pack too which once stuck on shoes actually stay put.

As someone who has suffered for years from my heels being cut to ribbons by any sort of smart shoes, these are a simple but effective solution.

I bought these to help repair the back of my safety shoe .fit a work well .I just used a G-clamp to apply pressure to make sure they adhere properly ,just to make sure been on a week,not moved.

Pretty impressed by these heel grips, they're thick and comfy and I have transferred them between shoes with no issues. Received two nude pairs and two black pairs. I use them with Irregular Choice with no issues and no more heel rubbing.The packaging shows a polka-dot style, where can I get those? They look fun!
