Q: My bike frame isn’t perfectly round it is like a rectangle will it fit? (Carrera hellcat)

The bit that sits in the bar is L shaped. It has a rubber that cussions between the bike and the L shape plastic and then plastic ties secure it

Q: Can we here the noise it makes?

Yes it does make a noise. It is absolutely not worth the money though and my sons kept falling down and stopped making the noise

Q: Can this be fitted to a balance bike?

I don't see why not, as it is just fixed to the back stay and the spokes make the noise. That part of a small bike and balance bike are the same.

Q: Can this go on a 12 inch bike

Yes, don’t see why not. My grandsons bike was bigger, but it should be ok. You can always return if not.
