Draper 51536 Tyre Pressure Gauge, Blue

Excellent. I have a motorised scooter, and because the wheels are quite small, I needed a pressure gauge which had its valve at the end of the tube, rather than one with it's valve sideways on to the tube. This Drapers tyre pressure gauge ticks all of my boxes, and it also gives me a very accurate pressure check. I can therefore recommend it for use with scooters such as mine and, I suspect a whole range of motorised scooters just like mine. Easy to use and although maybe not 100% accurate, near enough to know idntyres require topped up. Perfect for keeping in the glove box.

Utterly useless piece of kit. Said every tyre on both our cars had over 50 psi, and know full well from using 2 other gauges that they all had between 32 and 34 psi. Should have returned it but was so disgusted I just threw it in the bin. It was cheap for a good reason. I’m a big fan of Draper products but would advise anyone to steer well clear of this item.

Very consistent in its results and really easy to read. Does not glide like the old ones but I feel it is now more precise because of this. Takes up so little space no car should be without one in the glove box! This in line model is ideal if your tyre valve is tricky to get at.

Good pressure gauge fits great

This simple device should be in the glovebox of most cars. I use it regularly to give me a rough idea of how my tyres are doing, though I emphasise the "rough" part. This isn't a precision device and shouldn't be used as such. I generally do 2 readings of each tyre, as the mechanism has a tendency to stick when pushed against the valve, but Ive yet to have occasion not to trust the reading. When it has shown that a tyre is low I put on the pump with an more accurate gauge, which so far has confirmed what it said. Verdict: A good investment; quick to use, easy to store away but only to be used as a rough indicator.

Nice to be able to quickly check tyre pressure before a big journey. I keep it in the wheel well of my boot.

Appareil de qualité et fiable, cependant, il est en PSI (système impérial) plutôt qu'en BAR, l’unité courante en France. Personnellement, je cherchais un manomètre compact et de qualité, donc je l’ai conservé. Pour faciliter son utilisation, j'ai noté dans la voiture la conversion 2,5 bar = 36 psi.

Da dieses Gerät geradeaus gerichtet ist, ist es für schwierige, versenkte Ventile sehr gut. Die PSI-Skale lässt sich schnell lernen. Gerne wieder!

Piccolo e funzionale. Per ottenere il valore occorre una piccola moltiplicazione dei PSI per un coefficiente. Ma tuttavia è piccolo e preciso.
