Would not buy again better ones on market

I have been taking these for a while now and find them easy to get on with every day.Flavour and odourless they are small and easy to take witha glass of water every morning.

I’ve only just started taking these vitamins so I have to presume they’ll do their job.

Since starting to take these I have felt so much better

First of all, according to the label these supplements provide a good range of vitamins, which is very positive. I feel that the price is also reasonable and overall these are a good vegan health product.However, while the contents are good the taste is a big turn off for me and this is complicated by the fact that while these are fairly small, the shape makes them difficult to swallow. Due to the iron I presume, these taste like blood and it is almost impossible to not taste this even when swallowing them quickly. However often I need multiple attempts to swallow these because of the awkward shape, so the taste lingers in my mouth. The shape is difficult to describe but is roughly spherical, however there is a flat band around the middle and the edges between this band and the domed areas either side creates difficulty when swallowing. This is coming from someone who usually does not usually struggle to take pills.My recommendations to make this a five star product include adding some kind of coating so that you don't immediately taste the iron and changing the shape to a smoother shape so that they are easier to swallow.

Multivitamins..??not difficult to work out what they’re going to be used for!!!
