Great piece of kit - sturdy and works well

Very much liked how neat and secure it was packed for delivery.Hesitated to step up to this brand bracket, price wise it was a leap for me. It was never intended to be used as a drill for a couple of holes or putting up the occasional shelf. (Mind you I have used it for doing just that too, lol)Comes with branded DeWalt carry case, one battery 18v 1.3AH and charger plus instructions and warranty. (It is worth completing the warranty, doesn't take long)Battery takes about an hour to charge. Length of use from charge depends on materials being drilled/driven into. The hammer setting is good but obviously drains battery quicker. Higher AH rated 18v batteries can be used(just remember your warranty is invalid if you use none DeWalt parts with it! I wonder how they find out?)I've been using it a lot as a 'Combi' drill and the only issue after 3 weeks is it tends to snap cheaper drill bits.In summary. I'm pleased I made the leap to this bracket, it is worth the extra cost, inc new drill bits, for the build quality and performance. I would definitely recommend it.

Good quality, multi function, good battery life, very good product

I’m no expert on cordless drills but I’ve used one of these Dewalt branded drills before which I’d borrowed and which I found to be pretty good.I figured it was about time I bought myself a cordless drill and so after looking around at a few different makes and specs etc, I decided on this one. I mostly went for the product’s name - partly as I’d used one of this make before and partly because the name generally has a good reputation. Its 18v power rating and relatively low weight and compact size I’d say, make this drill ideal for tackling most DIY jobs and stuff in and around the home and garden.The drill comes in a pretty sturdy ‘fitted’ case for storage and which of course protects the drill when or if being transported about.I dare say there are perhaps cheaper alternatives out there which may represent better value for money and which perform as well, however, in my experience cheaper-priced products don’t always last as long and are therefore not as cheap in the long run!I’m pleased with my purchase from Amazon which was at a good price and would recommend it.

Husband very happy with , arrived promptly,and is being used for diy jobs , excellent new toy .

the only issue is the carrying case it's very big compared to the drill size other than that the drill is really very useful and works amazing in drilling, hammer action drilling and screw driver, i use it with my Bosch 103-Pieces X-Line titanium Drill and Screwdriver Bit Set and the set fits very well

I’m assuming it’s good I haven’t used it but they are happy with it

Everything I’ve purchased so far is perfect I will keep adding to the range can’t fault it.
