Rechargeable battery is included too, charged by one small solar panel.This item lasts right through the night on a sunny and dull day. It automatically activates when it gets dark.The lights are nice and bright too on a dark night. A great little addition to the garden.

It lights up nicely at night time
It lights up nicely at night time. As with all these solar lights only time will tell how well it lasts with charging and water resistance.Update: fills with water no matter how tightly cap is screwed on!
