Can you use these more than once or are they disposable?

You can use each one for several weeks before it becomes unusable. However, rinse it under the tap after each use, and ensure you have removed all traces of food.

How often a day would I use these?

I personally use them before I clean my teeth at night. But if there's something that I can feel stuck between any one of my teeth during the day I use them to dislodge whatever is there. Might carry them with me if going out for a meal for the same reason. It can get annoying if something is stuck and won't come out.

Are these made of recyclable material?

Hi - I couldn't' see much detailed information on the pack, so I had to look this up myself; the company that make Tepe brushes use >90% of recyclable plastic and material in their manufacturing plant. I read that the interspace brushes are made of different materials (brush and the coloured handle) and therefore some systems cannot recycle mixed materials. However, if separated when thrown away, they can be recycled. The information I read was complex and I respectfully advise that you google this query in relation to Tepe interspace brushes, so that you can make an informed decision. The brushes are a must for me for good oral hygiene, but I respect your search for this important information and wish you good will in your search.
