Acajou (Mahogany) Henné Color

One of my favourite go to products when I need to dye my hair. I’ve been henna for years and I feel like this results in the most pigmented colour. It’s so easy to make it as well, much better than buying it in block form

I love this stuff. My grey-white hair makes me look like a proverbial granny. I love the Auburn/Dark Mahogany, which I am currently mixing with Mahogany. This is much nicer and much cheaper than chemical dyes (which can cause severe allergies), because you can take as little as you need. And if you find you have taken more than you needed, you'll still be able to use it a few days later, when you discover that spot that you missed, provided you keep the mixture a little bit moist and/or add a bit of water right before use. The photo on the left shows you my normal hair (after having tried a curling iron), the one in the middle shows you the effect of the Henné mix that I use and the one on the right shows you how the "brown" Henné version works out on my hair. I leave it in for 2 - 3 hours. (I have used a different henna brand in the past that I had to leave in overnight.) I use Elvive L'Oréal "6 precious flower oils" as conditioner after I have rinsed out the henna with water and with a very plain shampoo.

Easy to mix and soft consistency to apply. The colour is very vibrant, copper on my grey hair, more of a mahogany on my brown hair. I left it on for 3 hours.

I have used this product 3x now and I am pleased with the out come, obviously not a strong colouring as there is no harsh chemicals in there, and would advise that you let the henna sit in you hair for a good couple of hours even let it dry, only thing it is very messy as it turns into a clay like texture and starts to leave crumbs everywhere and is hard to wash out, I do have to deep condition when finished as it does leave the hair very dry. I noticed that it has stopped my hair from falling out, I don't know if its because of some of the natural properties in the product.

I love henna for hair. Used to use this many years ago and it was more red. Now it seems more ginger.

Gorgeous colour although I mix with the plain brown. Hair is so beautiful and shiny for a while after using this product. I mix 1 tsp of olive oil and leave on hair for at least 3 hours. Used this for decades and always get compliments on my hair and how healthy and shiny it is. I'm nearly 50 so thanks Henne👍

I am just about to turn 50 and I’ve been hennaring my hair since I was about 18, so I’ve used lots of different brands. I can honestly say this the best one so I’ve stuck with it. I work in a public place and am always getting compliments, especially on the shine my hair always has now. This is by far the best henna I have used, and I have lots of experience!!

Bon pouvoir colorant.. J'utilise ce henné sur des cheveux marron foncés et après deux heures de pose j'ai obtenu une belle couleur / très gros reflets acajou... A très bien couvert le peu de cheveux blancs que j'avais... Je sais juste qu'il n'est pas très écologique, alors vérifier bien la composition si vous recherchez un produit naturel..
